I ordered 3 blouses that were beautiful, embroidered,embellished and reasonably priced.
What i got took over a month to get to me, was pure polester, not cotton and linen as advertised, not embroidered, not even the right colors!
Instead i got 3 ugly flat, unembellished, unembroidered garments from a Chinese warehouse!
Looks like i am out 75$ usd
They downright lie, do not provide updated tracking information and are NOT what they advertise!
By no stretch of the imagination are these garments what they advertise.
They should be prosecuted once and for all!

It was fine until I tried to check out and then it wouldn’t let me use PayPay and that’s the only way I’ll do business on line. So you sent me an email to finish my order and it worked so I don’t know what the problem was.
I found it very easy to browse and select items to purchase. I could not find a summary of my order, though, but that could be my fault, not yours! I would like to hear when I might expect delivery, too. Thank you.

SCAM Company. Clothes received are nothing like what's advertised, poor material and sizing. Tried to get the return address but told my request has been reviewed and they offer a 20% refund and I can keep the clothes if I want. I am so annoyed! DONT FALL FOR IT AND DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
UPDATE 01/07/26 - I finally received the return address but returning the items is very expensive and not worth the cost, I emailed Linensloom and advised them that I would not be returning the items and that I would accept their latest offer of a 50% refund but I've had no response to any of my 4 emails! Unfortunately I feel this is a lost cause. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
I love the variety of themes, the styles and the feminine look despite the theme. Love the vibrant colors but also the delicate look of the embroidery on the white blouses and dresses. Over all, beautiful selection of clothes!
