I was charged twice for a xbox live gold subscription for 6 months and was told that a refund would be processed withing 48 to 72 hours, it's been over 72 hours now and it has not been refunded whatsoever, and not to mention they also say they charge you for refunding being charged twice when they could've just hit "cancel" on the paypal transaction which hadn't gone through yet, do not buy codes from this site customer support is very slow!

I did not like the application since after the payment was made, no verification emails are sent and the status was pending payment for a long time which made me think it might be a scam, but the good thing is their customer support responded in time when I sent them they and checked my case and resolve it at the same time, I strongly suggest they work on their application and payment systems.
I bought a giftcard of 50$, recieved 2 25$ where one of them did not work. They wont give me a refund or a new giftcard even after giving them proof i did not redeem it. They keep telling me to ask amazon when the giftcard was redeemed but amazon says they cant see that, amazon does say that the card is redeemed by a different account and person than me. (I would not recommend buying from them, customer support is bad they expect me to fix it.) order number 1032-5253193 (Edit: After 2 weeks of being in contact with support they finally fixed it and send me a new code, thank you.)

Ordered a psn card with the value in U S Dollars as i was sending them abroad to be used. Obviously I am in the Uk but psn UK cards will not work abroad. After i purchased the card the money was taken from my bank and i was awaiting an email with the digital code. Still i waited a long time...also had trouble opening an account due to text never was recieved by me for verification. Excuse on text was the companies phone was not working at the time. As for my email with the digital code,well that was not sent because i ws Based in the UK and ordered U S Dollar card. I told them to go ahead with this purchase please and immediately it was sent to me. Happy in the end but still i await a text verification number although my account is actually up and running. Strange really but slightly annoying of the digital code though.

I have ordered "XBOX Game Pass Ultimate 12 months" already 3 times and I didn't find any place to get it cheaper.
2 times it worked flawlessly and I dircetly got 4 codes for 3 months each (via their webpage) after about 20 minutes.
1 time I had problems with the order first (it was rejected 2 times without any feedback) and after the order was OK, my codes weren't working.
I sent the requested data about 3 times via chat, but they asked me the same things over and over again (and real chat is quite slow, so you have to wait about 5-10 Minutes for eachanswer).
Finally I sent the requested screenshots via mail and I got new codes.
Quite some work and stress but at the end it worked with about 1 day of delay.
I didn't use code because I buy wrong game pass but they don't wonna give me money back because code was send but didn't use. Really Really stupid.

I bought cheap upgrade to win 10 pro, wanting to upgrade from win10home.
Code was delivered instantly, but it was not usable instantly. It claimed to be invalid
This made me go and check reviews, and got me a bit unsettled. I decided to ask support for help. I was expecting negative or no response given some trustpilot reviews here.
Turns out customer support was fast.
They gave me a generic win10 pro code that i installed on my machine.
Then i was on win10 pro but it said it was unactivated.
Now i activated it with the first code i received and it worked.
Everything seems to be working fine and i proceeded to upgrade to windows 11 pro.
All in all im satisfied but the company should include the steps that i received from support in the receipt in my opinion.
I ordered 3 12 month gold cards, but instead got 6x 6 months cards. It ends up being the same amount of months, but really makes you wonder what's going on in the background. The order also took quite long (8 minutes) to accept my payment, eventhough I used the most common payment method (iDeal). Not something you want to experience with a new shop you haven't ordered before.
The cards themselves worked and the deal itself was good. But the process around it could improve.

I bought a card in US currency, but they gave me the card in AU currency, after days of talking and having to get an actual conformation from the game I bought a giftcard for I got a partial refund to make up for most of the lost funds I got from getting a AU card instead of US card.

Het is goed gekomen en nog mijn excuses aan Anna dat ik vroeg of zij mensen bedriegt in mijn frustratie.

I placed an order 1032-5175057 to have my Amazon balance topped up with 35USD. Only to recieve just a balance of 10USD??!! I was livid at first and deeply disappointed, BUT this happened about 5 days ago. I received a link about 3 days after the order was placed, but clicking on the link might not redirect you to the right page as my phone did. I had to refresh a few times, before I was led to the right page with all the codes visible.
I do want to take my time and apologise to Anna for my rudeness whilst I was frustrated. I said things I needed not to say; Anna is not here to scam us. Just be aware that things might take long, but this site works.
