Im not one to leave reviews but I just had to on Deborah out of the Kingsport TN office. She was an absolute sweetheart! She was so kind and friendly and made it very comfortable for me to talk to. I have to say if I ever need a loan again I will be going to World Finance. So, if you ever need some friendly service look up Deborah Walden ..... She's amazing!!

I have been a world finance customer for decades now, paid off my last loan some time back. Finding myself in need of some financial assistance , Belinda at Hartsville sc world finance came to my mind. This young lady has ALWAYS BEEN SO COURTEOUS KIND AND KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT HER JOB! She makes me feel a valued customer and is so personable each and every time I have needed help!! This time , today 8-24-26 was such a blessing!! I had the option of going to the office or applying for a loan via my phone!!🙏❤️! This has been a great and wonderful experience this morning!! I hope and pray , World Finance has more employees as kind and compassionate as Belinda in the Hartsville S.C. Office! Thank you !! I will continue to tell all the people I can of how helpful borrowing money from World Finance is!!!

Declined for stupid reason
Got declined based on communication!!! Kinda sad you request not to be contacted during ur work hours but then declined months later for it. As well as getting approved right after closing a loan then getting declined months later. This company has horrible people working for them based on declining loans for simple communication issues. Shouldn't loans be based on actual payments paying off loans money u make not something such as communication. Ridiculous!!! I want my application re looked at.

I have dealt with World Finance for a few years now and I have to say that my experiences have all been positive. Staff is very friendly and courteous. My latest transaction was completed without my even having to visit the office! The whole thing was handled over the phone. Documents were uploaded via text links and the whole operation was completed seamlessly.

In the last 2 years ,I've become somewhat dissatisfied with Shepherdville Ky. office.To many turn overs of personal, difficult communication, and as of last few months ,don't answer phone. I use to renew loan by phone hassle free. Recently got offer by email,decided to use,but after to them lost interest. Just my payment, get them paid off. Current staff does not meet my needs, been customer for years, but not comfortable with current office staff.
