Total scam ordered 3 items in April no where to be seen emailed 8 times to be told by Daniel to be patient asked for refund and guess what NOTHING

Unfortunately I was scammed as well. Eager to purchase few outfits for the summer, I place an order beginning of June and it’s now close to end of July with no clear information on when the package arrives. I contacted the costumer service, I was ignored. I wrote again to enquire on why they would not even reply to me and when I suggested I would give a poor review they replied. They’re saying they were pushing for a prompt delivery. That was a while ago now. I should have done a bit of research and realising it is a proper scam. I do not want to purchase anything from China, the website was suggesting the items or warehouses was in the USA but again another misleading statement from this company. Totally disappointed

Avoid at all cost!! Made order in April through TikTok they claim it was delivered Daniel keeps asking me to be patient!!!! Definitely a scam!!

They are the biggest scammers; they take your money and send a fake tracking link claiming the package is on its way to you. The money is never enough; I hope they spend the money they pocketed on doctors. cancer

Scam artists- oredered on 15/05, it is now 12/07 and still nothing- emailed numerous times and get the please be patient, I have chased the delivery service for you etc etc.

I ordered and paid for 2 dresses back in May and I still don’t have them. The tracking says it’s delivered but it was not I contacted the customer service several times,and it is always the same reply-be patient or maybe neighbour sign for them,which is not the case! I asked for refund,but it still the same:be patient! Don’t buy anything from this store,it’s a scam!

I would give this company no stars if I could. Total scam. Never delivered goods then blame delivery. Then say they have delivered and ask my neighbour if they have my parcel. No proof of delivery. No refund. Daniel the bot answers emails to wait patiently. Please do not waste your money as you will lose every penny you spend

I'm still waiting for my order, ordered on 04.05.2026. According to the tracking, it should have been received on 10.06, but it hasn't reached me. In correspondence, they claim that there are many orders, the shipping time has been extended because of this, they keep asking to wait, but there is no result. Fake website! Their page of the same name has also disappeared from FB, but the website still exists.

DO NOT SHOP FROM LOVEFASH STORE. I placed an order on May 17 and today June 27 I still haven’t received my order. Contacted them on June 16 and they said it is because the agency that delivers is very busy and I should be a little more patient while they contact them DO NOT TRUST THEM!
Nwever receided my order
Placed order on May 15,2026 and says it was delivered to my address on June 11, 2026. Delivery by Star Wish company, based in China, to my mailbox, in which it would not fit. I have been home looking after my elderdy father and nothing has arrived, no one riged the bell, called or text about the delivery.
