I CAN'T HELP BUT WONDER WHAT'S GOING ON?! BUYER BEWARE!! )~~~DON'T TRUST OR ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY THEIR NOTHING BUT SCAMMERS AND CROOKS! I placed 2 orders (1~$49 and 1~$59 this is alot of money for me!)haven't received either one of them! They say that they were delivered but in fact haven't been! Keep giving me the run around and after I told them that as a company that they should have each order insured. They came back with ~ They've decided to resend me my orders but I'm still waiting! I've been dealing with this since July 2026 and it's now Sept 26, 2026. I'm really sick of what their doing to me. First they said my orders were delivered, then they'd resend my 2 orders then they give my money back after I told them they should have insurance on each order then was advised they were and I'd get a refund back. Still waiting on my refund and sick of it! BEWARE OF SCAM!
Unfortunately I cannot give zero. Scam. Pretended dispatch and delivery. Delay tactics and lies. Please save yourself the frustration and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.
Order never received and no resolution
I ordered clothing from Lovevel and paid for the order by credit card.

The tracking information shows the package as “delivered” and supposedly left in the mailbox on July 7, 2026. However, I never received the package.
I checked my mailbox and the surrounding area and also confirmed with my neighbors and family that nobody received the package on my behalf.
I contacted Lovevel several times. At first, I was told to wait because they had contacted the logistics company. Later, Lovevel told me that their packages were insured and that they needed approximately 7–15 business days to investigate the situation.
I waited, but the package still did not arrive and I did not receive any concrete investigation result.
I contacted the store again on September 7, 2026, asking for an update, proof of delivery, or a refund. I have received no response since then.
The store has not provided me with a delivery photo, signature, recipient name, or other evidence showing that the package was actually delivered to me.
I am currently contacting my credit card company regarding the undelivered merchandise.
I am sharing my experience so that other customers can be aware and carefully research this store before placing an order.
Made a order on the 2nd July 2026, have had no updates at all, I've been asking for some information about my order, and told to wait and be patient 😠, I have also asked for a refund that questioned never gets a reply,

Total SCAM, they take pictures from other sites, and post it. You order and nothing ever comes. Please DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE, scammers of top notch. Steal people's money and waste people's time. HIGH LINE FRAUDSTERS, this site needs to be reported as fraud and taken down as soon as possible. Disgusting
As all the other reviews which I wish I would have seen earlier... never received items. Ordered July 5 and still nothing. This is a scam and sadly I fell for it.
They told me my order had been delivered. It hadn't. They told me to check with my neighbours - none of them had received it. I asked for a refund and was told to be patient my parcel was in transit! This was after they said it had been delivered. They sent me the tracking website - it is all in Chinese. They have ignored my last email asking if there was photographic proof of delivery. Total scammers. The jacket I ordered looked lovely and was intended as a birthday gift for my daughter.

Ordered over 30 days ago. Can’t get shipping info. Customer service sux. They only respond with we have shipped your items please give it time to be delivered to you. I then got your item has been delivered email. But no delivery. When I reached out for a tracking number they responded with the same response about please give your item time to be delivered. Disputed with credit card company
Been told my order was in my mailbox July 26. It is not there. Now can’t follow it. Getting upset. They are awesome products I am looking forward to too
Placed order tracking said delivered but wasn’t delivered when queried told to be patient and they would check with their logistics department 2 months later still no response and now they don’t even acknowledge emails. Company are obviously fraudulently obtaining payments for goods they have no intention of providing

Fraudulent site. Saw Lovevel advertise on Facebook. Warning everyone!. This online store is a scam. Ordered two tops from the store. That was back in late May and as of today (3rd July) have still not had any package delivered. Fortunately I didn't pay out much but still angry for falling for a scam.😡
BEWARE! Not a reliable company!Package was never delivered, and they keep telling me to check my neighbors. I live on a dead-end street with only 5 neighbors, and no one has it. I asked them who signed for it and they have no answer. I asked for a refund, and they keep giving me the run around. Lovevel is NOT TO BE TRUSTED. I wish I would have read the reviews first. Mother got scammed on this website. Parcel was never delivered. The website is only 3 months old, and the only results for it in a Kagi search are itself and a facebook page (facebook page's are controlled by the owner, they can delete negative content etc).
