This is a terrible online shopping site there shipping dates are way off even if you pay express shipping order won’t even show you tracking information you have to email them to ask for that. My order took a whole week for them to even ship it and it was such a headache tracking it. Do not recommend, do not buy from this store.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. They shipped way after I ordered the piece (and not until I emailed them about it). I finally received "something" in the mail but it was only 1 item (I ordered 3) and it was the wrong item!!
Expect what you pay for.
It took far longer to ship than was quoted, but their team was very helpful and reassuring, provided a tracking link, and also got information for me when items were “stuck” in shipping spaces for too long. I bought the Snorlax, and for the price I think it’s a pretty good onesie. The material, while soft, is definitely on the cheaper side, but I feel the price reflects that. Paying less than 50 dollars for a kigurumi is unheard of, and this is a really good low-price option.

Lucky if it works more than once. Second time I ever wore the onesie the zipper came completely off. When I asked for a return I was told I only had 7 days to return it. These onesies are garbage.

I asked them on FB before buying, and they helped me choose the size. The package also arrived on schedule. Now I love my Snorlax so much. Another big guy my friend is also ready to buy it.
