Made two separate orders on Dec 13th

Made two separate orders on Dec 13th. one pair arrived Christmas eve, the second pair seem to have made no progress since Dec23rd "at Sorting Office". There's no way to get further details beyond the little information in the Shop app, and have received no reply from Luna Socks email. Shame, love the first pair, nothing wrong with the product, but be prepared to be patient and in the dark
