Waited 45 days till they said carrier lost package told them I wanted full refund two days later they said they reshipped package and offered 3 dollars. They are the worst company lesson learned DON’T BUY from China The Temus and Sheins LUNAS WISH especially just not worth it buy American support our country lesson learned here
Sizing is incredibly off. Nothing I ordered even remotely fit. And yes, shipping took forever. Oh, and return policy stinks.
I believe this site is a scam. I ordered my stuff in December and still have not received it. I received an email with what looks like a fake tracking because it is saying shipping on the day that hasn’t even came yet and I got one response and that was to wait three business days and I still have no product or my money. I want my money back at this point because I have already purchased it somewhere else don’t get scammed. This site is a real scam
It's been 3 weeks since my order was "shipped" via some Chinese shipping company and I still don't have my order. They do not tell you that it's going to be sent internationally on their website until you have already paid them. I sent an email to Luna's Wish after 11 days had passed with no updates and they said they had urged the shipping company to make and send the order..... so Luna's Wish isn't even the one that provides the product??? Do not buy from them; it has been a huge inconvenience for a couple of bras that I could have bought locally for the same price.
This company is a total scam. They take your order but do not actually send you anything. After waiting 2 months for the order, the company never returned my phone calls and claimed they sent the items. I disputed the purchase with American Express and they have had many, many complaints about this company and credited me my money back. This company is most likely a shell company in Hong Kong where you they can take your money and then just ignore you as they are impossible to communicate with.
Absolutely appalling company. Delivery took forever and then not what was ordered. PayPal dispute they just told lies. Do not deal. The reviews on their site were obviously written by employees.
