Very friendly and punctual! Would have liked to have known the meet and greet was unable To occur in airport as we had to call to figure out how to connect with driver ( was expecting him to meet us). He was very apologetic and made experience wonderful! Would use services agin! Thanks for making our 30 year Anniversary trip memorable

We used Luxor from LGA to our NY hotel and then again from our hotel back to the airport. We were impressed by the service, drivers and way Luxor Limo verified everything with us before the trip and put us in direct touch with both drivers. The drivers were professional and pleasant. Overall, Luxor lived up to their name and provided clean, courteous and professional service. We would use them again anytime.

the service was great , the pickup the driver was early and the pickup at the pier the driver was speaking to us so we could be picked up at the right location . excellent service would recommend to anyone

I liked the driver a lot he was super cool, but I didn’t like the way the car looked when it picked me up at JFK. It has stickers all over the car showing the LuxorLimo brand and my name on the front window. I wish the car was more discreet looking. I won’t be using them again. It was ghetto. Frank

First of all my driver was an hour late to the airport then he was not able to move my boxes directly out to his van so I had to wait outside in the cold for 20 minutes but he came around and then he drop me off blocks away from my home right next to a subway train and thank God I used my GPS being from Seattle because I had to explain to him that he was at the incorrect address I felt actually scared
