This company will scam you into a “try before you buy”! They tell you pay shipping and then try the product but they include a multitude of products you can’t select to remove and once you click the submit button you’ve paid shipping and have had $98 taken from your bank account for ALL THE EXTRA PRODUCT THEY JUST SCAMMED YOU INTO PURCHASING! No where in that does it tell you they’ll be doing a hold on your card/bank account for the extra $98 dollars! I had to report this to my bank as I did not authorize this nor did I want all those extra products added to my cart without the option to remove! I’ve report them to the BBB AND THE FTC! My bank has since reversed their charge and have stopped any recurring payments from them! Unfortunately when you reach out for help you WONT GET THAT EITHER THEY HAVE MADE IT EXTREMLY DIFFICULT TO CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION AND THEY ALSO DO NOT INCLUDE A RETURN LABEL BUT YET GUIDE YOU TO THEIR WEBSITE WHERE THE SAME ISSUE WILL OCCUR WHEN TRYIG TO GET YOUR RETURN LABEL! I’ve emailed a number of times without any support or help from them all they do is DIRECT YOU BACK TO THEIR WEBSITE! Stay away from this company!!!!

I’m a believer

Started using Get-Dreamy after weight loss because I kept seeing it on facebook. Didn’t expect much, but thought why not. Wellllll… I’m currently on my second tub and I’ve now signed up to get it monthly. No, it’s not a miracle, but my skin is much noticeably smoother and softer. And the smell is so nice. I’m a believer.

I like the products overall

I like the products overall - they smell nice, they go on well and they help improve the appearance of my skin (they are not miracle workers, but they do help). I especially like the serums Re-Lure and Re-Start and the B-Flat cream for my tummy. They are a little pricey - but isn't everything LOL.

I was very disappointed with lack of customer service

I was very disappointed with my experience. I originally ordered one product, but additional products were shipped that I did not intend to purchase, resulting in nearly $200 in charges. When I contacted customer service, I learned that the company has a 21-day return policy rather than the more common 30-day policy. Unfortunately, I was just outside that return window. While I understand companies have policies, I was hoping for some flexibility or an effort to find a reasonable solution given the circumstances. What frustrated me most was the lack of willingness to work with me as a customer. The representative I spoke with was polite but offered no accommodation, exception, store credit, or alternative resolution. As someone who has spent a lot of money with this company, I expected a higher level of customer service. I am sharing this so that other customers carefully review the return policy and any recurring or additional product shipments before ordering. The products may work well for some people, but my experience with customer service left me feeling unheard and undervalued.

I would honestly give it zero stars…

I would honestly give it zero stars after my experience. I tried it for the three weeks it did not work. I went on their website to return it. They gave me an additional two weeks to try and still got no results went to send it back and they said I was already outside of my review time and they charged me. Tried to discuss it with them and got nowhere but don’t waste your money. This is a terrible product. It does not work. I slathered it on every night for five weeks, never saw any improvement of any of my skin dimpling or any tightness

Do not order from MAËLYS Cosmetics…

Do not order from MAËLYS Cosmetics their try before you buy program. I ordered one item to try and they sent me an additional item. I didnt fuss because I had 3 weeks to send it back. I requested the return label for both products because I was not impressed. The website said try for an additional 15 days. I didnt but I did not send back asap because of life. 5 days later I was charged full price for both items. 1 of which I never ordered. I reached out and they say I only had 5 days to send it back. I explained everything and shipped it back immediately. They are offering a store credit. After some digging this apparently is a common problem. Also the extra item was more expensive than the one I ordered. I I want to warn anyone do not do their try before you buy program.

EXCEPTIONAL Maelys customer service

Maelys customer service never disappoints. Always responsive and willing to solve any problem with products. Hands down in my daily rotation. Can't get enough of these amazing products. I'm screaming run not walk to buy it!!

Confidence in many bottles 💕

This is one of dozens and dozens of positive reviews I’ve left about MAËLYS! The customer service is always great and usually quick with any concerns or questions. Every product I own, and have sampled I have seen results in. I own over a dozen of products, it’s hard to choose which ones to use daily and nightly. It’s safe to say, I ALWAYS have some type of MAËLYS product on my skin💋💕

Predatory marketing

The try before your buy program is predatory. I asked for a return label after having the product for only 20 days. I tried to return my products within my allotted window and they are refusing to comply. Maely’s is so predatory. I am warning any customers to stray far from this company. I’m out $125 with two inferior products. Customer service is abysmal. They have been literally fighting with me for weeks, refusing to acknowledge my concerns. They just shoot out a template response and refuse to acknowledge anything I’ve said. Run, don’t walk, far away from this company.

It’s a scam.

The tightening body whip does not work at all. It’s such a waste of money and they are not willing to work with you on the try before you buy. I cannot warn you enough, do not buy this product.

No customer service number

No customer service number. They make it very difficult to cancel your subscription. The cream smells good and that's it, doesn't help at all with stretch marks. Trying to get your money back is a nightmare. 0/5 do not recommend at all.

It does not work at all

It does not work at all. They lied and told me my lotion arrived on May 9. It arrived May 12. When I tried to get a return label on May 31, they ghosted me. Now I am facing the very real possibility of becoming the next homeless American. I don't know how they sleep at night because I sure haven't since this happened and my health is now failing.

I Love this company! Not only the products but the ones behind the scenes! Ive had nothing but Amazing customer service and genuine care from anyone ive had the pleasure of meeting. Thank you for your upstanding service and knowledge. I will be a customer forever.

Ordering

The ease of my orders what I want as well as the time. I've always had a good experience when it came to ordering my items when needed. Then there is the points as well as the discounts that help tremendously. Customer service is beyond helpful with anything I need help with in a timely manner.

Misleading & Deceptive

I ordered the "try before you buy" bundle only to be charged the entire amount the first day & then less than 20 days later, charged another $120 for what?!?!? I didn't receive a package but they sure did try to charge my account! Thank goodness my credit card company sent me a text so I could decline the charge! Then, trying to log onto their site to get a phone number - forget it! They don't have a phone number & it's crazy how hard it is to try & figure out how to cancel something you NEVER SIGNED UP FOR!!! I will not be buying their products again because of this ridiculous experience! Buyer Beware!

This company is a SCAM!!! THE try before you buy... They charge you the fee and then hit your account for 96.00. What a deceitful company. Do not attempt it. Use cocoa butter. They will rob you and smile while doing it!
