I had multiple transactions that they did to my account that caused my bank and chime to close down all transactions done June 13 2026 2x 46.88 . 92.89 .148.45 and 193.59 chime transactions and the same transactions done to my bank account..however they were reported but yall better watch who yall try to order from oh wait I didn't try ordering from them but some how they got into my accounts

This company is a fraud, highly recommend you to STAY the heck away. The products are not what is advertised, the prices are OUTRAGEOUS and you can get the SAME products that ACTUALLY work elsewhere.

Not only did my new phone clown me with opening multiple pages it w/ads to create new orders and charge my card! I was punching buttons to stop the items from shipping. Sending 4 to 5 emails to maelyscosmetics.com multiple to stop the shipping in due time. About 4 days later l had a new order with confirmation of pending ship date. l sent multiple emails to tell them, not to ship their items. I tried, "The Try Before You Buy" promo items about 2 yrs ago. Talk about clowning...l broke out from the creme, skin blotches in most of my forearm thru my wrist. My arms felt itchy- tingly, not a good look/feeling. I took pictures which I sent upon that box return. I no longer have those pictures or have kept them to transfered to my new phone. No, l would not recommend this firming creme or other products by maëly. It is not worth the blotches, itching or the headache to get you money back for their shipping charges. No l would not recommend this company or the products. Customer service keeps giving 24/72 hrs for a reply. Different people pickup the email to answer which extends the initial reply further out each time the email picked up by another b***s*** from customer service. No l would not recommend this company or the products. P.S l copied/pasted the b***s*** reply from MAËLYS for my reply and those after me comments. I will not go back/forth w/MAËLYS, I'm done! Well, Maelys has billed me yet again for products I do not have. I suppose I am being punished for writing my negative reviews. Just to recap, this company has predatory billing practices on its subscription services. They will charge you far more than you would ever expect and then you have no means for getting refunded. Now the company has charged me again. I will not give up on this. I’m certain there have been many people scammed and many to come.

I Love Maëlys B-TIGHT Lift & Firm Booty Mask. The tingling is amazing. You can feel it working. I use it on my booty, thighs and calves. Easy to apply and it makes such a difference. At almost 56 this is a necessity.

I cancelled my trial, shipped the order back at my own cost, was assured by Amy at Maelys that it was all finalized, and they charged me anyway. I'm so mad. And to top it off, there product DOES NOT WORK at all. Nada. Zip. Zero. Don't waste your time or money. They rip you off.

i tried to use the free trial before you buy . i put my debit card in and they tried to charge 106 bucks 2 times and 120 two times 53 one time and 38 one time but all at once . thank goodness it was declined but i was ready to go off! i have a screenshot of the charges but i can't find a place to upload them here

Thwey fooled me with try before you buy option . I didn't qualify for the offer, so I was trying to see how much it would be to just buy full price with 20% off.But for some reason, it just placed the order.And I had money at the time , so it took it all. And then they didn't even let me cancel the order.so I had to wait to get the package and then wait for them to get it back. Kind of think that's very foul that they couldn't just stop the order right away.

I liked that the product get dreamy did have some results however, I didn't care for the feel or grittiness of the product. I would try get taut instead

This Company supplied me twice with products which had expired. Now they have removed all expiry dates and replaced them with a lot number which does not give you the information on how long their products ingredients will be active and safe to use. I contacted them to ask for the expiry date linked to their lot numbers and after waiting nearly a month and chasing them several times I finally received an answer saying I quote “at this time, we are unable to locate the specific expiry date linked to the lot number provided”. This is a huge red flag and I personally will not order from them again. I have never come across this issue with any of the other companies, both in Europe and in the United States, that I buy from.

Maelys works! I'm a 50 year old mom who gained 80lbs when I had my daughter at 34. Maelys has smoothed my stomach and helped tighten the skin on my belly, batwings, inner thighs, boobs and booty! The products are expensive if you aren't a rewards member and don't take advantage of deals but I get a lot of discounts sent to me on a regular basis.
