I Just Love Using Maely's Products and Seeing the Difference!
I've had a great experience using the Relure, B-Tight, and Get-Dreamy products layered together to see smoother skin on my thighs. These really have smoothed the appearance of cellulite and increased my confidence wearing shorts. I love that Maelys provides specific tips for using their products and offers all types of discounts and sales to purchase and afford them. Love it!!

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. No communication via phone, only email. They weren't willing to take back the product even though advertised "try before you buy". The subscription is not easily canceled-difficult to find on their page and you have to email them to cancel not just click a button. Poor service all the way around.

I have become a Maelys junkie
I have become a Maelys junkie! I have several items on subscription. I appreciate that they do clinical testing and they take customer feedback to heart. I can't live without the B-Tight, Get Dreamy, or Get Taut. I use all of them daily.

I have tried so many of Maelys…
I have tried so many of Maelys products. Some work, but unfortunately some don’t. I wanted to believe that Get Dreamy did work but unfortunately did not work for me after 2 full container uses. Re-Lure works pretty good especially before a workout.Re-Vamp has helped me add a little bit of plumpness to the glute area where I need it the most when paired with working out the area at least once a week. Customer service is honestly pretty good (after the first initial email back). Although if you don’t get the correct answer the first time, reiterate and a real customer service rep will help you. Feels like the first email back you get is AI generated and only picks out some keywords of your email.

Stay away from these crooks
Stay away from these crooks. For my free trial they held the money for the trial, $64.00 and $125.00. They were only supposed to charge under $7.00 for the trial. I will be calling my bank in the morning and blocking any and all holds and transactions from these scammers. Do yourself a favor and stay away before they rob you.

Their Try It Before You Buy It is Ridiculous!!!!
I tried the Maelys - Get Dreamy, overnight toning body whip. I did not see results so went online to return and cancel my subscription. I received a pop up to try it longer as it takes time to see results and that they would extend my "trial" period. I saw no results so I emailed them a day after my initial trial period was over and they refused to accept my return and charged me for the full jar!!!! I've been emailing them and I have no proof of the pop up conversation so they refused to refund me! I liked their B-Flat belly firming cream which I was going to keep but their customer sucks so cancelled that as well! Don't fall for their "try it before you buy it" - it's a SCAM!!!!

I found the scent overpowering and it…
I found the scent overpowering and it creeped into all clothing I was wearing. I work in a scent free zone and wasn’t able to use it during the day. I had to scrub the smell off each morning. I found no noticeable improvement after 2 week. I just missed the window to return. I did notice the first week there was a hold on my bank account for the full amount. I thought that was misleading in the try before you buy advertising. I will not purchase again.

I’ve been buying Maelys close to 8yrs…
I’ve been buying Maelys close to 8yrs now and I absolutely love this brand. To help me reshape my body skincare regime. I was skeptical at first but so glad I tired did myself. The products are amazing and actually work. The loyalty point system is also good. I love that they started adding gift with purchase based off how you spend. Now I’m an ambassador and I think that’s really cool. I really have no complaints.

Bait and switch scam
The product was fine. They automatically signed me up for a subscription. The product didn’t perform as promised. After FOUR email exchanges, they told me my subscription was cancelled. Nope. They charged my debit card again. After disputing the charge and sending an unhinged email, I’m waiting to see if they’ll actually cancel this time.

This company is a scam
This company is a scam. I don't understand what their policy is. I ordered a trial that was supposed to be for 21 days. I ordered it on 6/6/26 and canceled it on 6/18/26. This was well within the 21 days. Today on 7/3/26 I was charged $105 for a subscription that I already canceled. The company is refusing to refund me and I don't think that's fair. I even told them I would return all the products that are unused. They're refusing to give me a refund. This is poor customer service.

I have come to swear by this products
I have come to swear by this products. I have always had pretty bad bumpy skin and normal stretch marks. My skin has never been softer, more smooth and the stretch marks are much less visible. Do they work after one use, no. But you use them consistently you will definitely see great results.

Tried to cancel my subscription only to…
Tried to cancel my subscription only to get the run around. And still haven't been able to cancel it! They ask for a code and when I try to enter it it says error! And no phone number! I can't use the product because it burns horribly! Do not order from this company!

Trust The Process…
I've used/tried several Maelys products over the years. I love BFlat, Get Dreamy, Get Taut, and BTight. The products work with consistent use. I find that with diet and exercise it helps these products give a better result. All the products smell great, and my orders come relatively fast. I do wish they came in bigger bottles/jars. Customer Service responds quickly to any questions or concerns.
