The case itself is great, the magbak design comes in handy on an everyday basis for me and it has been a great investment in the long run. Although I’ve had to have my case replaced due to damage, the customer service team is always helpful and responsive and takes good care of their customers. Disappointed
Bought the S25 ultra at the beginning of May and didn't see it until near the end of June. I've been extremely disappointed with the quality of the case and protectors. I've already needed 3 replacement screen protectors as they are more fragile than thin ice. Camera protectors are about the same quality so far I've needed 2 replacements for those. Charger cover or "pinky pillow" has ripped twice because it will NOT stay in place and constantly pushes it's self out. The kickstand is very flimsy and the detent for it gave out within a month and I rarely ever use the kickstand. Over all the quality of the case is ok at best, definitely not worth the money.
It's way over priced customer service has been good so far but I shouldn't have to be constantly emailing every week to get replacement parts, it's beyond frustrating. I'm going UAG for my next case or back to an otter box because of the constant disappointment for a 120$ CAD plus duties and shipping.

I’ve used Magbak cases for my last two phones …
I’ve used Magbak cases for my last two phones. I have the magnetic clip in my car dash which is super convenient because I don’t have Apple CarPlay. The case works great on all kinds of magnetic surfaces. I use it when I lift weights on the cage frame to track my workouts or listen to music. Customer service has always been great. I recently had the finger loop break and they still honor the warranty several weeks after one year. Couldn’t be happier.

This is one of the best cases Ive had
This is one of the best cases Ive had. It is slim but very protective. has a finger loop and the charging port plug is a positive. The kick stand on the 26ultra case is ok at best too flexible it does hold the phone up on its side but not at a great angle if it had the ability to adjust or lock the kickstand into different angels it would be better. it also does affect the S pens ability to write on the screen which is not what is advertised. but all in all MagBak has some of the best customer service I have experienced quick response time. strong magnets I would absolutely buy from them again in the future!

Great solid case
Great solid case. Had the Otterbox Defender on my Iphone 16 pro max previously and my phone was damaged from it. MagBak on my Iphone 17 pro max is so much more protective plus has magnets which I use mostly working out to hold my phone so I can follow the workout. Kickstand is awesome too for watching videos. Ive dropped my phone a bunch of times from good height and not a scratch. I had one issue where the finger strap broke and customer service quickly shipped me a replacement for free. Best case ive had yet.

I had ordered two items with one of the items being back ordered. The orders normally ship together and therefore, my in stock order would have been delayed 3 weeks until the back ordered item was back in stock to ship. I reached out the company and they told me that they would split up the order and send me in stock item out the same day. I needed the one item before a trip I had planned in a couple days so this was big for me. Will definitely be using these guys for all my iPhone/Tesla needs.

Magbak makes great cases.
Magbak makes great cases with strong magnets. I loved my first case, so I purchased a second when I got my newer phone. I did have an issue with my case after six months, but luckily they have excellent customer service. I reached out with a picture of the defect on my case and they had no hesitation sending me a new one free of cost. I absolutely recommend them.
