When I received my tank, it was an extra large as I ordered however, I’m not an extra large person, but the sizing was for bra sizes so it is a little bit on the droopy side. When I contacted the company. They told me that they will gladly send me a new one and they will not charge me for the one that is too big and told me to keep it and give it away or we’re just around the house or whatever. So they’re right on top of it very pleasant people to deal with.
Hesitated to order. Sounded almost too good to be true. Order arrived correctly. Fit is good. I did not anticipate the challenge of getting it on and off, its a bit of a struggle. VERY comfortable otherwise. Support is great.
I really hesitate to order online & resisted your ads for many weeks. However, I did check out the testimonials & began trusting their authenticity. I do hate wearing bras but am 78 & need a little help with a lift. Your guarantee of 30 days & a better than usual price, finally convinced me to order. From that moment until I received my parcel, the customer service was excellent...there to reassure me the product was on its way. I was especially happy about that! The delivery was longer than expected but Maggie's support team stayed with me, showing me by tracker device where it was held up. Finally yesterday I received my tanks (3), of which 2 I am happy about the colour. I have tried & worn 1 so far, & am very pleased with how it feels & looks. I was surprised how stretchy it was & how long it was but for my purposes, it suited me perfectly. I wore it instead of a bra under a favourite top & went out walking. My shape was good & smoother, & I tucked the tank into my shorts & it held right in place...not bunching up at all. I felt attractive as I walked for over an hour. It felt so good without a strap falling down & no back clasps to itch me. I am trusting the other 2 will fit the same..but so far it has been a happy experience for me. My tank arrived in a reasonable time. My first try. Unfortunately it just didn’t work for me as I am very short and extremely short waisted. Customer service was excellent to deal with. Very quick to communicate and come up with a reasonable fix. I’d def advise people to try them. PS. My daughter is very tall and she loves her new tank! 😉

So far, so good. My order hasn't arrived yet (why would it? I only placed it two days ago!) but I 've been impressed by the immediate response to email requests for clarification, and also by the format set up for determining what size to order. I was a bit horrified by the size (L, not M?!), but at least I didn't behave to second-guess it. I await the mailman with bated breath !
I was not pleased with my purchase (bought 3, 2 fit, one did not - all same size). Had some concerns that what I purchased was not what I received (bra pads not sewn in when advertising shows they would be). Representative was extremely fast to respond, and within 24 hours my concerns were resolved. I have never experienced this type of customer service with items purchased over the internet. When I received my Maggie’s tank I was impressed with the quality of the fabric and its construction. However, it did not fit me as I expected. I explained the disappointing fit to Maggie’s tanks and they replied that they would offer me a full refund. I could not expect a better return policy, the matter was dealt with quickly professionally and to my satisfaction

It took several weeks to receive my tanks. I emailed them and they responded within an hour to provide reassurance and a $20 gift card. I ordered medium which was snug so I emailed and they responded and are sending a bigger size. I love them!!! They are so comfortable just as advertised!!
As it turns out the tanks did not work for me. That being said, their customer service is exemplary. I’m nearly 70 years old so I’ve been shopping a long time. Maggie’s tanks is by far the best customer service I have ever received. They demonstrate true care and concern about their customers, their response, even on the weekend is almost immediate and heartfelt. I wish their tanks had worked out for me and I hope that this company is highly successful. They deserve it..
