Purchased a few components from the website. Had an issue with a handlebar. Sent me a new one. No issues. Good quality. The pedals and grips are great. I bought the bike itself (bobcat trail 4) from an independent dealer. No issues with the bike. Altogether. Impressed with everything.

I bent my derailleur hanger and didn’t realize they are so bike specific now, especially the rift zone 1. I’m glad Marin still produces replacement parts or it would have cost me more money to buy a true through axle wheel. I also liked the updates on shipping. Thanks again!
Steven Gravenites gave me incorrect information after I specifically reached out to avoid the situation that I ended up in. I explained the part I needed, the bike in question (including a picture for reference) and I ended up ordering the wrong parts based on his feedback. I managed to get in contact with Erich Beideman via your phone system and he actually listened and found the right part that I needed. Erich deserves praise here, but prior to him, things were pretty dismal.
