I ordered the Pingu speaker and camera

I ordered the Pingu speaker and camera, and I simply love them. Delivery was quick, well packed. Just perfect.

I did not receive my package

I did not receive my package and the customer service does not reply my email. The delivery man did not put the package in front of my door, resulting in stolen package.

Very quick and wife was happy with gift…

Very quick and wife was happy with gift thank you

Happy with my purchase!

I got a Pingu keychain and it's so cute! It arrived on time, and I would definitely buy again!

Purchased a Pingu speaker

Purchased a Pingu speaker. Arrived pretty quick. It was very well packaged. Box is very cute. Pingu itself was very well made and sturdy. Speaker sound quality is very clear. Highs are nice. Lows could have been a bit more punchy. But for the price point, it is still very good. Attaching the ear muffs on its head starts the head movement. Very cool feature. Nitpicking wise, I would have liked the power button if it wasnt on the back. If it was on the sides. It would have been better. Still 5 stars because its definitely unique and adds as a dual purpose being a BT speaker and a cool display. All in one.

My order was better than expected!

My Pingu handwarmer has been a lifesaver this winter! I love how the package didn’t just have the handwarmer, everything was thoughtful and Pingu themed! Shipping was also fairly quick to the U.S even though it came from China.

Chiikawa hand warmer

I love this product, I use it all of the time to reduce pains in my hands from the cold. I also love that its Chiikawa, very beautiful design and great function!

Fast intl shipping

Fast intl shipping. The production and presentation itself was superb, like Japanese quality. Better than I imagined.

Cute items with no issues so far

Ordered a pingu speaker and a retro style speaker a few months ago, and theyre still working well! I've had no issues with the site or customer service as of now and items are shipped within a timely manner. Both items seem good quality. The plastics seem sturdy and sound quality is better than I thought. Pingu still dances with the headphones too! Overall my purchases have been positive

I bought the Pingu lamp and it came in perfect condition

I bought the Pingu lamp and it came delivered in very good condition. The lamp has 3 kind of brightness and a 30 mins timer function. I was very impressed with the lamp and I believe that Martube's products are worth to buy and would definitely recommend to others who are considering to get a gift or something cute!

Great experience

Really happy with my product. The speaker is exactly as described and works great!

Excellent! Shipping was fast and easy. The product was really well packaged. The sound quality of the speaker I bought way exceeded my expectations. I also got the item on sale so I got it for a really good price and I’m so happy with it

My penguin speaker did not work as it…

My penguin speaker did not work as it should and it took ages for them to contact me. I asked for a refunded and provided proof videos twice but they dont really listen.

Cute toys and quick int. Shipping

I found this site through instagram ads, and saw the sports themed pingu plush keychain. It looks really cute. I ordered 4. Im in Sydney, Australia and got the delivery a week later. Unfortunately I only received 1 out of the 4, in the delivery. I reached out via email and also the chatbox in the website. I highly recommend if you have any concerns or issues to reach out through the chatbox in the website, they will get back to you and if you put in your email address, you will get notified they have responded. My issue got resolved quickly (less than a day). The plush itself is exactly like the photos and it is good quality. The toy is really cute, so I will be back to buy more.

Fast dispatch, quality product

I ordered the Pingu Speaker (that wiggles its head) with Pingu gift bag bundle on 3 December, it arrived (London UK) in 11 days. The speaker itself is very cute, is well-constructed and works as described! It's sturdy and high quality. I want to knit accessories for him. The speaker itself can be turned up pretty loud, adequately fills my bedroom or kitchen with sound, but bass is a bit lacking compared with similarly sized mainstream speaker brands. The packaging, poster and bag that come with it are so cute too! Will definitely frame the poster. Overall, very happy!
