Great Product & Amazing Customer Service
This product is absolutely beautiful and makes a wonderful gift. The overall quality is high, and you can really tell that a lot of care went into the design. Unfortunately, mine arrived with a defect. However, the customer service team reached out to me very quickly, and we tried to fix the issue together. I was immediately offered the option to either receive a refund or get a replacement. Because I’m genuinely impressed by the product itself, I chose to have it replaced. The customer support was incredibly kind, helpful, and responded very fast, which made the whole experience so much better. I can honestly recommend this product to everyone not only because it’s beautiful, but also because the team truly stands behind it.

Great customer service
After searching for Pingu products I came across the MarTube website. The products looked amazing so I placed an order with delivery the UK. I was kept informed and updated on delivery, the item arrived in less than 2 weeks and it looked great. Unfortunately, the product broke the day it was given as a gift. I got in touch with MarTube and they offered to send out a replacement. I can’t fault the customer service and will be buying from them again.

Worth the Wait

I placed an order over 76 days ago, and it never arrived. I've tried contacting them, and they just told me I had to wait 30-40 days. The package never arrived, and they don't answer my emails. They don't offer a refund or anything. Terrible service.

It’s been 63 days and I still haven’t received my item. I followed the Martube team’s advice to wait 40–60 days, but over the past week they haven’t replied to my emails. I sincerely hope they will resolve this and that I receive my item soon.

Great Customer Service! Since the very moment I purchased, I emailed customer service to review my order and received a response within the first 24 hrs, and they kept in touch with me throughout the process of receiving my items. I got the Bluetooth speaker, well packed, nice quality, no scratches, all items included. The HB Plushie also came in perfect condition. Lastly, I got the large drinkable mug, it has a good size, not small, and great quality! So happy with the purchase!

I recently ordered the Pingu speaker from Martube, but when it arrived, it unfortunately wouldn’t turn on, even after several attempts to charge it. I reached out to Martube’s customer service and after trying all of their troubleshooting tips and sending them a short video, they confirmed that the speaker was defective. They initially suggested I return it, but when I mentioned it was meant to be a gift, they were so kind and sent me a replacement right away without needing a return. I’ve just received the new one, and I could not be happier, it works perfectly as described and looks super cute! My sister absolutely loved the gift (even though it's a little late) :D The sound quality is great for what you pay and the head tilting functionality is unfathomably cute. I believe you can also take calls on it but I have yet to test it. Also, I love the inclusion of the poster (really nice print quality) and of course the headphones are such a cute feature (it also works to turn the sound and head shaking off and on). However, I noticed that the quality of the headphones on this one seems better than on the first speaker, maybe they've upgraded the quality recently? Also, it took ~15 days the first time and ~10 days the second time from when they shipped it to arrive. So in total (including processing) it should take around 2-3 weeks to arrive from date of order to Australia.

Saw the Pingu Speaker online and immediately fell in love. I bought it and it delivered well! It's so cute and the sound quality is a lot higher than I expected! Definitely one of my favourite purchases.
