They had the part that I needed in stock and were able to ship in a timely manner. Not like Amazon, shipping the same day but shipped the "in-stock" item within a few days. Got the right part and completed my project the day it arrived.

My recent purchases with Mauripro have been a great experience. Service and delivery was prompt and pricing was better than many other sellers with whom I shop. Their website provides order status updates but one improvement (IMO) would be automated order status updates via email (e.g., order confirmation and shipping notification w/ tracking number). Prompt and concerned customer service. I was very impressed how quickly they responded. There was a small issue with my order and rather than wait, they contacted me and let me know what was going on and asked how I wanted them to proceed. I haven't found another marine retailer that is so involved and proactive in having great service and great products. Website is top notch too. Much easier to find items than other marine retailers.
