Received and working. I've only been using it a little over a week. My dog is elderly and has afib, so I wanted something to monitor her respiration and heart rate. I'd like to see an easy way to download the data to share with the vet. So far so good. 👍
We just received two sensors for our fur babies, Ollie & Bella. Ollie was recently diagnosed with Mitral Valve Disease and it’s a great tool for tracking his resting heartbeat as well as other health issues or just telling us where his activity levels are and his sleep patterns. Bella suffers from seizures and is on meds but this is such a great tracker for her as well. It gives us a real peace of mind knowing I can see what is happening in real time. It’s a really great resource for anyone and everyone with a fur baby. It’s still taking time for them to adjust to wearing their collars inside the house and pretty much all day. We give them a break when we have to charge the sensor. I don’t know if it’s tracking while they are away from our home when at their daycare facility. I’m waiting on that response. We are looking forward to learning everything these little devices can do to keep our fur babies safe and living a long happy healthy life.
I have had the monitor for over a week now and I cannot be any happier with it. My dog has a heart murmur and this is a game changer. I no longer have to worry about what is respiration rate is. I just check the app. It also tells me his heart rate and more importantly, his head shaking history. He has allergies and ear infections are regular. I am able to get early warning signs with the head shaking being monitor and take quick action. I could not be happier. It is well worth the subscription fee.
Ten days in, and I can finally stop second-guessing myself My dog Teddy is 11, and in May he was diagnosed with B1 heart failure. That was hard to accept — he seemed healthy, and suddenly I was the one responsible for catching problems early. My vet told me to count his resting breathing rate and call if it went over 30 breaths per minute. Sounds simple. It wasn't. Every time I sat down to count, I was already anxious about what I'd find, and that anxiety made me count too fast or too slow. I'd get a number, doubt it, and start over. I never knew if I was looking at a real reading or at my own nerves. The Maven Collar took that job off my shoulders. It counts his resting respiratory rate accurately, and it does it every time he rests — not just the one time a day I remembered to sit down with a stopwatch. It also tracks his heart rate, plus head shaking and drinking, so I'm getting a fuller picture of him than I could ever gather on my own. It's only been about a week and a half, so I can't speak to long-term durability or battery life yet. But the thing I most needed help with, it's already handling. I sleep better knowing something is watching his breathing besides my own unreliable counting.
Maven has helped me track Gracie’s respiration and heart rates to help manage her medications. The data has helped in reducing meds and showing her amazing progress.
I've been using Maven for my dog for some months now and I'm very happy with it. It's pretty accurate and I love that it now has a sleep score too. That helps me understand better how my baby is sleeping and feeling. It's small and it's not bothering her in any way. Definitely recommend it for older dogs to get a better idea of their general health.
When I have questions about the Maven device or app, I get responses quickly. Quickly is everything when you have a 19 year old chihuahua mix. I’ve even shown the app to my vet and the office girlies and they all think it’s amazing but also helped us diagnose his cushings disease. I’d recommend to everyone. The price point is awesome too. That part means everything. The fact that it’s affordable instead of capitalizing on people with fur children, means they’re in it for the right reasons.

Maven really helped out when my miniature pincher was in congestive heart failure and on meds to assist. It gave us peace of mind during the process.
My Chi was recently diagnosed with heart disease. We caught it early before he is symptomatic and doesn't have any heart changes yet. His cardiologist told me to keep an eye on his resting respiration rate as in increase in this will be the first sign that his heart disease has progressed and we need to start medication. It's hard to remember to take it multiple times and record keeping has never been my strong suit. This sensor has been a game changer in his care. It gives me his respiration rate throughout the day every day, gives me a graph to check if its trending upward. Also it gives me an average respiration rate for the day. It has been the one thing that has given me peace of mind since his diagnosis. With Maven we'll hopefully be able to make sure he starts medication when he needs it and give me many more years with my baby boy. The app also does so much more by tracking his heart rate, drinking and activity levels. Its made me realize how much he sleeps and that maybe we both need to up our daily activity!

So far so good! We are one month into our subscription and are very happy with maven. I have two Malteses who use the collar. It doesn't seem to bother them, though I wish the module was a tad smaller to accommodate their 4-5# frames. I Love how it keeps track of a lot of medical basics like heart rate and respiratory. Praying that this helps us discover heart issues sooner unlike what happened with my other Furbaby, who passed from heart issues despite annual wellness checks. 😔
I love Maven. I have an 11 year old chihuahua who has advanced heart disease. Being able to see her RRR many times through the day (and not just when I remember to take it)is such a game changer on her progression. The ONLY downside is the Maven monitor itself is big for a 6.5lb dog. Buuuuut it’s super light weight and my little lady doesn’t seem bothered by it.
I started using Maven because I was worried about my dog Gus a little because he was being finicky with his food. This device tracks everything! I left him to go to lunch and I always worry how he is doing while I’m gone. I’m retired so I hardly ever leave him home alone. I take Gus everywhere with me:) Anyway, I checked and Gus actually slept for an hour while I was gone! What a relief to me that he felt that safe that he could sleep! I also wonder if he gets enough exercise and it tracks that for me so I know he’s doing well:) Heart rate and breathing are also tracked and this is so comforting to me. The fact that the price is $20 per month is affordable for me. I live on Social Security so I need to save every penny I can. Maven gives me peace of mind with Gus. I highly recommend it to anyone who loves their dog and wants to keep him healthy and know if something is going on with them.

We purchased a Maven collar for a cat diagnosed with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy. Thankfully, this condition was discovered during a routine annual vet appointment but treatment involved expensive and stressful echocardiograms. After a year of medication, the condition of our cat’s heart had improved but the doctor wanted to track his heart rate as an ongoing method to determine how the disease was progressing. Using a Maven collar allows us to do that in a way that is much less stressful for the cat and cost-effective for us. It was easy to set-up and use. We highly recommend it.

This is an amazing health tracker. It alerts you with any changes in your fur babies routine. I am so worried about my dog possibly getting sick and I feel safe and at ease knowing I have MAVEN to back up my dogs health. Also, it’s 100% accurate as per my vet. So this gets a 10/10 from me!
