I found the Maven very easy to get up and running. The tracker does not bother my dog at all. The information it gives me is enlightening and helpful. It does give me an energy score, but it might be helpful to get a daily calorie expenditure also. Based on my positive experience, I may consider putting trackers on my other dogs.

My dog's cardiologist mentioned Maven to me. She knows I am an obsessive record keeper on my Jack Russell who has MVD and needs her respiration monitored. I have been doing this for 3 years. So far I have been very impressed with how Maven works. It has sent notifications of activity and water consumption spikes. I haven't downloaded a report yet, but am looking forward to see what it contains. A suggestion I do have would be to include a text field to make observations and notes. Also something to monitor appetite and food consumption. All and all I am very happy with my decision to get Maven.

It gives me detailed information on both my fur babies day to day health status, while I'm at work I don't know if they are drinking enough water or who isn't drinking enough, restless sleep. It let's me know when my old girl needs to relax a bit because she is over doing or when she should move more! No complaints over here I love it

I’ve been using Maven for my dog who has mitral valve disease, and it’s been really useful. The main thing for me is the resting respiratory rate monitoring, since that’s one of the most important things to keep an eye on with her condition. Having it tracked automatically is so much easier than having to count breaths myself while she’s sleeping. The app is simple to use and I like being able to see her trends over time. It’s also helpful to be able show that data to the vet. Overall, it just gives me a lot more peace of mind between vet checkups. I’d definitely recommend it, especially if your dog has a heart condition.
