I can't get it to work on my laptop

I can't get it to work on my laptop. I have emailed, and I get nothing in return for helping me. Nowhere to call; all they want to do is email us. The worst thing I ever bought.

it was moderately helpful

it was moderately helpful. what i really need is another of the hdmi cables that came with the screens. using a hdmi extender / splitter requires the use of two of these but there was only one in the kit. is it possible to purchase that cable from you? or can you direct me to where i might get it?

love everything about this product

love everything about this product. the angles and different rotation on the screens. also, the ability to use vertical or horizontally. the screens are bright and adjustable. appreciate the case to house the screens. I feel comfortable when traveling with them that they will stay safe and not break/crack.

Maxfree S2 triple monitor

I bought this because it looked helpful but never imagined how much I would enjoy the Maxfree S2 monitors. It's a great little product. I did have some compatability issues, my fault for looking at my laptop specs close enough, and their customer support Nancy was amazing! She went above and beyond to help me resolve the issues so that I could keep the product. I would gladly do business with them again and highly recommend their product.

Overall a great product for the price

Overall a great product for the price. But do read carefully and understand that not all USB-C ports support video (details on their web site, I just didn't fully read and understand). My single USB-C 3.2 gen 1 port does not support video. They were able to send me a cable that works and I am happy with the product. If I had researched the product better I probably would have spent the extra to get the F2 model instead of the S2 due to better screen support and versatility. Note that product support is by email only from China and is offset 16 hours from West Coast USA. The cables were back ordered and shipped from China. So with patience and understanding everything worked out well. They are good folks, just need to be patient.

It’s a great product

It’s a great product. The screen size is just right. Multiple wires for different ports. I love it.

Great add-on screen for on-the-go

It is an excellent add-on screen when working primarily off an iMac. It has superb resolution compared to specific monitors that cost twice as much.

This device works and sets up great to…

This device works and sets up great to both my Mac and PC. The only thing I would recommend is to have some sort of pivot available for the monitors when they are attached to the laptop, up and down motion. That way if you have your laptop screen tilted backwards or forwards, the Maxfree monitors can be adjusted.

I emailed support since I ordered two units and have never heard back,

Easy setup, efficiency gains

The setup was really easy and fast. The screens are really clear and bright. I'm working much more efficiently than with just my laptop screen alone. I love it!

So happy to find this website dealer

Best price found and excellent product!

Great

I just bought the product so far, it is great. Just what I needed. I have not found an issue yet.

I like the resolution of the screens as…

I like the resolution of the screens as well as the length and width of the screens. The way the device grips the laptop screen perimeter is reassuring; it won't fall off. The attached easel provides a nice measure of support. The only negative for this product is the aluminum which makes it heavier than it needs to be; particularly, if one uses it on a laptop that is set upon or attached to a laptop desk stand.

It worked right away

It worked right away. Only reason not for 5 stars is that the product is so new to me.
