I told Michelle that for the past three times I have tried to initiate my loan application totally online, but that the system kept denying me. Michelle jumped in and fixed the problem, as well as facilitated my loan. All while entertaining me with her delightful sense of humor.

I was so very happy that everything went
well this time. I filled out the application, I received the ok that my loan was approved and funds on the way. This is the first time I had zero problems!!! In the past I go thru this process and then I get a call and I must redo all of the info I just completed in the app. So thank you! I only had to do the process one time!! It was a 100% painless process and after a customer for many years it was great to have everything work as it was designed...again THANK YOU!

I will never get another loan from them. They lie at the time you get the loan.. not explaining the 400% interest and believe me when I say I asked. I got a koan.in November for 2000... I pay 500 every 2 weeks on it. Its now May, I called to check my balance and still owe 2000. Im like how? Its cause of the 400% interest. I feel like the customer service reps think its funny. Bet tho.. never again...EVER!!!! I suggest nobody gets a loan.from them. I will continue making reviews.. and as I'm reading other reviews.. thus is what they do.. I would never have agreed to pay 8,000 on a 2000 loan. I hope you go bankrupt Max Lend.
