Absolute disgrace mcdonald's Stanley road bootle food always arrives cold its not surprising considering iam 3rd on the delivery high price for low quality ripp off food they skimp on the big macs sause miss out the gherkins hounestley a deaf dumb and blind 3 legged scabby dog could do better mcdonald's management must be telling the staff to skimp on everything and prices up again for 4 people you can get a proper decent curry and have some left for breakfast mcdonald's really are taking the piss out of hard up people now they must spend more on advertising than quality for customers they really don't care how food goes out on mc delivery standards have slipped beyond recognition the people at the top don't care so long as they get there big fat bonuses utterly shocking shambolic and shamefully this was my first mcdonald's in 6 weeks no change just cold poorly constructed food and lasy don't care attitude by the people at the top knowing full well there product is sinking fast no customer service online just eat are just as bad neither respond to customers where just cash cows for these charlitens terrible food terrible customer relations and both take no responsibility for the way they treat customers complaints

Shocking service

Shocking service, Being blatantly lied to by a inexperienced McDonald's manager called Atlanta. After my delivery time being moved 3 times due to no uber drivers, I called to make sure i wasnt getting cold food. The manager assured me that if the food had been sat on there shelf waiting to be picked up for longer then 15mins, the uber driver would have to wait while it gets re-cooked. My food then turned up near 1 hour later stone cold absolutely disgusting. I called back up and spoke to the Manager Atlanta who tryed to blame the uber driver, saying it was only on the shelf 15mins and they can't do anything as they can't control how long the driver has it for, in there possession. I then told Atlanta that I could see on the App what time they picked it up and delivered it, she replied with nothing. Then she read off a pre written script like an absolutely novice. So McDonald's is hiring liars as managers and not very good ones. See pic for proof. I will now be emailing mcdonalds head office to follow up with my complaint. Well done atlanta, lets get you on the radar..

Rubbish in street, I attended the branch on the A41 near Bushey, Hertfordshire. Although I accept this was not completely waste from the McDonalds and people should take responsibility for their rubbish. However the section of road called Sandy Lane is like a rubbish tip of which a large proportion is McDonalds food packaging. My suggestion is if the company wish to be seen as socially responsible then clean up the filth around your branches. The state of the A41 is bad enough without this adding to it.

I did not question it but i tried it and i dont know where you get your fish it tasted like i went down into the ocean and ate a crab because of how much sand was in my sandwhich. I swear, I don’t know why I even bother with McDonald's anymore, it honestly SUCKS now! Used to be you could get a decent burger and fries without breaking the bank, but now it’s like $25 for two meals and the food is somehow SMALLER and tastes like total garbage 😤. My fries were freezing cold and soggy again, and the burger was just a greasy, smashed mess. Honestly, my dog wouldn't even eat it. I'm telling you, it’s all chemicals and trash, zero actual food, and they have the nerve to charge a fortune while I wait 20 minutes in a drive-thru that isn't even "fast" anymore. I’m DONE, from now on, I’m just making better food at home, and I’m sure it won’t give me a massive stomach ache like this rubbish always does, absolute ripoff! 😡🍔🚫

I cant take the whole meal

The service is fast and the staff is very friendly. But to be fair, the food is a bit too fatty for my Vietnamese taste. After eating a full meal, I feel very heavy in my stomach. I think if they can add more fresh vegetables or adjust the oil, it will suit the local palate better. The fries are still the best, though!
