Every time I take my grandchildren to Macdonald's (any McDonald's)the music is FAR TOO LOUD and rubbish. I always ask them to turn it down but they never do Another thing, why does McDonald's use the term 'guest' when we place orders. We are customers and not 'guests'. Guests don't pay if they are guests.

On taking a sip the cup leaked all over my clothes, went back to them and showed them, they really couldn’t have cared less. They said they would give me another new lid, but I said I wanted a fresh cup as the cup was defective, they really didn’t want to do that!’ I also asked for the receipt, the look I got from the staff I wasn’t able to read the receipt to complain. Will never visit them again Appalling service

I bought fries in two McDonald’s in Kent. Both lots were underdone. The Manager changed the last ones at once but it is showing a pattern. I haven’t been happy with the quality for a while. Crispy fries please! Savacentre McDonald’s said I had to use an app to order a wrap and then only one! This is foolish practice. Bring back the wraps of the day at a reasonable price not £5.99 after a certain time. Don’t mess around with things. Don’t let your standards drop either fries or burgers. The Staff are just so friendly and helpful though throughout the stores.

Ordered mcdonalds for the first time this year. The bread felt like plastic, too much mayo made you cant taste anything, they messed up the pickle too. Do the people working there even care lmao. Diet coke and fries are the only good items there.

McDonald's delivery is very poor. They use Uber eats who are no better. They deliver food cold and then say that because it arrived with acceptable time they are not to blame. But they give you 3 different delivery times to confuse you. When you ask for delivery fee refund they say no. Then when you ask McDonald's for info, it is just an AI computer that cannot help. These companies just greed corporations. DON'T USE THEM.
I really love their burgers but veryunhappy with their service. The staff is not very efficient.

Fifa world cup menu is too much costly and why they are promoting plastic cups??? Where is the government now who is stopping plastic use? Problem is that all the restrictions are for people but companies can do the same. Denmark is not in world cup so stop selling fifa products with high rates.

Just gone into my local mcdonalds in Gloucester and the prices have shot up, its actually cheaper to get Burger King now and the changes in points has got ridiculous aswell, McDonald's is now no longer affordable
I went to oppulent mall, ghaziabad and entered in Mc Donald's, ordered value meal and buddy meal for dinning but with coke they didn't provide straw. I asked the reason and got the answer that company denied to provide straw with any type of beverage in dinning. But after some time I saw that they were providing the straw to some people's. I asked again and they again denied. My experience was very bad. If they are big in the market it doesn't mean that they can do anything with the customer and change the facilities anytime for customer. They should improve their customer quality. They are doing partiality with customers based on customer order value.
I placed my order at 19:37 last night and paid £2.79 delivery fee, £2.49 priority delivery & £1.41 service fee. Had to wait 36 minutes for the order which arrived stone cold and soggy. Tried to complain to Uber Eats, they say this is priority! Won't give refund & just keep sending AI generated standard response. Refuse to answer my query or let me speak to a manager. Disgraceful service and awful quality food.

We tp McDonalds on the Harlow roundabout. Ordered 4 meals, only received 3 and no chips with one meal on no fifa cup (ordered 2 fifa meals). The older lady that was on the desk was extremely unhelpful, rude and after waiting what seemed like ages we eventually got the missing meal and chip. She was only willing to give us one fifa cup. She offered no apology and by the time she gave us the missing meal the other meals were cold. After we had our meals we order 2 McFlurries and 2 bottles of water. We only received one bottle of water. Would not recommend this branch or any other to be honest. I offered my reviews on our experience on the list that was on our receipt. Did not receive any follow up on our dreadful experience, clearly they are not bothered.
