I was able to redeem my winnings on Mcluck platform (but cant give everyone 5 stars). *CLARIFICATION: Dont play yaycasino.com. they wont verify my account. They wont respond to my emails. Experience has been fun and rewarding at times. One bad experience on 3 chili's and bonus feature was about bust and I went through $3000 on $10 spins and never triggered bonus or line pay. It was brutal!

They love you within 90 days if you hit platinum, then it resets and act like they don't know you. I have friends playing but at silver, get better daily and incentives. Feels inconsistent, or it resets and they take take take. I feel like other websites or more appreciative of their players.
UPDATE. 2nd chance and same results, these generic responses are pointless. Oh if you need help in any way, you have about 50 plus people on front of you.
