FALSE ADVERTISING free spins with package not credited
Purchased welcome package that comes with 25 free spins. Never received the spins and customer service has been no help. Package spins always pop up as soon as the purchase is completed. Not here tho. Said they would add manually but still hasn't.

I accumulated 750 Sweeps Coins and tried to redeem them on June 28. The next day my account was restricted because my bank flagged a chargeback — except it wasn’t even my dispute. A friend used my account to play with their own card, spent $70, and later disputed the charge with their own bank. I had no part in that dispute and no ability to cancel it.
Support told me the only way to lift the restriction was to write, sign, and submit a personal letter withdrawing the dispute. I did exactly that — three times. It was rejected once for image quality, then again because it had to be handwritten instead of typed, each round requiring hours in the live chat queue to even find out why.
After finally getting it right, I received two emails within minutes of each other: one confirming my documents were approved and my account “verified… without any interruptions,” and a second saying I was still restricted, this time because they needed a cancellation letter directly from my friend’s bank — something I have no legal ability to request or obtain.
I’ve since spent additional hours in chat being told repeatedly that my case would be “escalated,” with no actual resolution, and an AI assistant that recycled the same non-answer four times in a row before connecting me to a human.
I’ve filed complaints with the BBB and FTC. This isn’t a redemption delay, it’s a contradiction between what McLuck told me in writing and what they’re actually doing. I just want the $750 I earned released, as your own email already confirmed I was entitled to.

Been playing Mcluck for a short time at first I was not winning so I kinda stopped, but then started up again and I have done pretty good . Long-Time Customer Permanently Deactivated Without Explanation
I've been a McLuck customer for several years. I don't play very often because of my work schedule, but when I do, it's simply a way for me to relax and unwind. I also hadn't written any Sweepstakes entries in about three months. Over the last few months, I had mostly just logged in to claim my daily rewards.
A few days ago, immediately after playing my daily rewards, my account was suddenly locked. I hadn't received any warning, email, or notification that there was an issue with my account, so the lock came completely out of the blue.
I contacted customer support to find out what happened. Their response was that my account had been reviewed and would remain permanently closed. They refused to provide any explanation, citing their Terms of Service, and even stated that any further correspondence regarding the closure may not be answered.
As someone who had been a loyal customer for years, I found the lack of transparency extremely disappointing. I understand that a company has the right to close accounts, but I also believe long-time customers deserve an honest explanation rather than a generic response with no details.
My experience has left me feeling like customer loyalty means very little. Unfortunately, based on how I was treated, I cannot recommend McLuck.

I signed up, made my first purchase, and played for awhile then I hit jackpot for $1700. I went to verify my identity and once I did they immediately locked my account and sent email saying I had a duplicate account and to login to it. I have no knowledge of any other account plus I need to redeem my winnings that I just won. I have tried contacting customer support via phone and email and Facebook and haven’t heard anything back from anyone. This is not right. How can they lock my account with all the money I won still on it? I have no problem giving them whatever they need to verify my identity but nobody will respond to me to let me know what we can do to fix this.
Update: STILL NO RESPONSE FROM AN ACTUAL PERSON. Only an automated response back on my email and on Facebook messenger. And it says if you respond to their email before they send you another one they will move you to the bottom of the line for help. That’s some bullcrap.

This is just a follow-up to my previous review and that is the simple fact. Yes, it is a fun game to play, but here's the problem after you're verified after your bank is verified, there is absolutely no reason why it should take between 12 and 14 days. And yes, that is what it took For that money to actually get into my account and I did a bank-to-Bank transfer. My bank was verified. I was verified everything was verified but it still took that long for it to actually get into my account.
Now I don't care how you justify that it is not a justification when everything has been verified.
And no I'm not happy. No I am not satisfied Even if I am verified, even if my bank is verified, every time I go to cash out, it's going to be the same delay 12 to 14 days. That's not a quick and easy payout in my opinion and that is what you actually advertise quick and easy payouts. There's nothing quick and easy about 12 to 14 days. I don't care who you are

I won a little but have not been able to collect due to the verification process. They use veriff to verify your ID but after several tries it locks you out. I contacted veriff to get it unlocked but they said McLuck had to do it. Well I tried contacting customer service for several days now and have had no help from them. I got several emails from the support team at McLuck saying they are working on my case so basically they're stalling and kicking the can down the road. My advice is to avoid McLuck at all cost unless you just want to give your money away! McLuck is a total scam!! UPDATE: today is 7/31/2026 Still have not resolved my issue at MrLuck. AVOID them!!!!!!
