I changed my mind about the old bed and wanted it picked up instead of keeping it. So they had to do a little shuffling to accommodate that. But it was fixed and the bed will be picked up Friday. I worked with Omar and Ivan(sorry-don’t know last names) And they kept me updated throughout the whole process. I’m satisfied with the purchase and would recommend your company. The operations team were fantastic from start to finish, keeping me updated and personally calling me when needed. They showed genuine care and consideration that my order was fulfilled and delivered on time. I never felt like just an order number, but w valued customer. Very good quality product and fast delivery
I neglected to order the pump for the air mattress i purchased. The staff at MedShop Direct were very helpful, they contacted the manufacturer to inquire about my purchasing a pump separately. Their communication is top notch, sending emails with updates on the order and then delivery. The pump itself is working great with the air mattress. I am very happy with my experience and will recommend them to anyone in need.
This has to have been the BEST customer service experiences I have ever had. From my initial inquiry to the recommendation from the manufacturer to delivery it was less than 1 week. I can't say enough good things.

The personnel at medshopdirect are customer first in all areas. The delivery company was late in delivering the bed which was slightly concerning as the day was a Friday. Overall, the bed is one of the best and is working well for my husband with Parkinsons.

Bed exactly as described except that the “1 touch” controls are not actually “one touch”. You have to keep your thumb on the button during the entire moving process - which for a Parkinson’s patient is pretty hard (with the tremors and decreased strength). But overall - the bed is wonderful. My husband slept for 5 solid hours without waking up the first night!!! I don’t have to pull him up and out of the bed anymore in the middle of the night, which saves my back. Ordering it online was simple, the company called to verify everything which was great, the delivery was quick and damage free. And the product is fairly easy to assemble - just extremely heavy - so have your strong adult children come over to put it together.
From the ease in ordering to the actual product quality, this mattress has met and exceeded my expectations. I am sleeping better and believe this justifies the price. I knew I made the right choice once I received an email introducing the customer service rep for my account.
I wish there were more stars in this review that I could give this company. The customer service was exemplary. We had some issues with some unforeseen challenges in delivery. But everyone provided excellent communication and support and we were able to get my dad in a much needed hospital bed. I would highly recommend med shop direct. Omar thank you again for all the caring and professionalism during a stressful time.
