Medshopdirect is a Five ***** Star Company
Medshopdirect is a wonderful company to deal with and the product was delivered in a couple of days. I even got a email from them making sure the product was the right size before they delivered it. I ordered the mattress as 76" long because I was using it for a recliner or if she went into her bed I would put it under the sheets. I thought they really cared by sending an email to make sure the size was correct.
I would recommend them to any family or caregiver.

Superior Customer Service, Professionalism, and Expertise!
Omar was a pleasure to work with. He went out of his way to ensure that the rails we ordered were compatible with the hospital bed we had. Turns out they weren't! He was very responsive via email and phone. He worked with us to quickly cancel, refund, and place the correct order. The bed rails worked perfectly. His superior customer service, professionalism, and expertise were greatly appreciated.
Omar is very polite and efficient. He goes out of his way to get the customer what they need and want as soon as possible.
