I ordered two pairs of shoes for office/dinner events - one from Meermin and another pair that cost 50% more. The Meermin shoes showed up quickly, were in perfect condition and fit like a glove. They feel really good on my feet. The other brand didn't fit my right foot and my heel is coming out with every step. Will definitely order from Meermin for my next pair - just wish the matching belt was in stock!

So far not a good customer service…
So far not a good customer service experience. Order a pair ($365) that was in stock on June 25. Only after an email to customer service my order was move into ready to ship and now (July 2) still “getting ready for shipment, it has a tracking, but still on their facility in TX. Mind you, I paid for 2 day shipping. I’m guessing I will receive sometime between July 8-10 with no apology. I’m yet to receive the shoe that I was super excited about and planning to buy more, with this experience thus far, I’m not sure. We shall see
