Ordered the waxy brown penny loafers with a matching waxy brown belt, and both arrived quickly and in thoughtful packaging. The quality really shows — I got a compliment on how high-end the leather looked the very first day I wore the shoes. Ordered on July 12 and had everything in hand by July 17. Ordered on Friday, delivered by the following Wednesday. Shoes look absolutely stunning in person, even better than the photos, flex Goodyear Welt is beautifully soft and buttery, however break in will take a few weeks. Stitching is not perfectly finished in places but nothing too severe. Overall a great product.

The shoes are great, especially for the price. After breaking them in with a few short walks around the block I wore it to the office all day. Customer service was very helpful, for my first time order I measured my feet to ask them to help me with the right size and they were very quick to email me back and adequately advised me. One thing that was a bit odd was the shoe trees, the shoes somehow need to be broken in extensively for the shoe trees to fit easily in and out. Perhaps it is because I have a half measurement but I am unsure. I might sand off a little corner so it will fold out easier. Would recommend.

I’ve been extremely impressed with my Meermin shoes. The build quality, leather, and overall craftsmanship are excellent for the price. They were a bit stiff at first, but after breaking them in they’ve become very comfortable and have developed a great patina. They look sharp enough for business attire but are versatile enough to wear with chinos and more casual outfits. Overall, I think they offer outstanding value, and I’d gladly buy another pair.

I placed my order on July 7, and it still hasn’t been delivered. The customer service has been extremely disappointing. Your website advertises fast shipping, but no one can even tell me when my order will actually arrive. I ordered these shoes for my birthday, and I’m very disappointed with the lack of communication and the delay.

Poor production quality

Some of the stitching on the top of the loafer came loose the second time I wore it. I was on a business trip so I wasn't able to take it back to the store without wearing it. I know these aren't super expensive shoes but I'd hope the stitching would last more than a few wears.
