Although it may have taken longer than expected to receive the product, I was in steady communication with the company. They assured me that it was arriving soon. I started to lose hope after a few obstacles in the shipping. I didn't think it was coming and then one day it arrived. I ordered some coins and when they came they were NOTHING like the photo or description. It was not high quality relief but a photo copy glued to a coin. Of course you cannot ship it back to the location in the USA where they sent it to you - you have to pay to ship to China. My experience was HORRIBLE and they kept 70% of my purchase price. DO NOT USE THEM! AVOID

Placed an order with this rip off company and I saved the receipt, the next day my order number and all my information has been blurred out. I have tried to find out what's going on and no reply!!!! I placed on order on Dec 3 and it didn't arrive by Christmas so I looked up reviews that said it was a scam, but then I did see responses on some of the reviews from customer service offering email addresses to talk to the rep one on one, so I decided to wait it out. Today is Jan 5 and my order did arrive. Just know that it's like ordering from Wish. You'll get your stuff eventually, but it's coming from overseas and it won't be quick. I think if people knew it had wish level shipping delays, they wouldn't be so quick to assume it's a scam. I was worried for a minute there though based off of other reviews so I wrote this one hoping it helps someone else.
