I tried their overseas crypto exchange service and while ago. As a non-US citizens, their CS is very patient and willing to troubleshoot my situation and response in time. Personally recommended this company for those who will like to try out from out of States

I guess the biggest compliment you can give a business in this day and age is that it simply works. When you can use something without having to put time and effort in it, when it does everything you need and does so without stuff breaking in the process, that is what I as a small business owner value. If there is one item that could be improved it would be the newly revealed personal banking portion of Mercury. I tried signing up and it told me I could not because ITIN is not accepted. I have personal bank accounts with large national banks and investment banks. It would be nice to be able to integrate the personal banking into the business platform. Other than that I am very satisfied and would give it 5 stars if the personal banking would work for me.

Easy, easy, easy! It was super easy to set up accounts in Mercury for my new business (checking, savings, credit card). It was also easy to connect with Stripe, create invoices, send them to clients, and collect payments. One of my favorite things about Mercury is that every time I use the credit card, they automatically deposit cash back into my checking account. I've never spoken to a human being at Mercury but I've never needed to because it all just works.
