Overall, we really like Mercury. The platform and app work very well, the user experience is excellent, and we have been very satisfied with the service in general. There are a few areas where we think Mercury could improve. We would appreciate more stability and predictability in the credit limits offered on the corporate card, especially for customers who have been banking with Mercury for a long time. We believe account history and the length of the relationship should carry more weight when evaluating credit. We would also love to see more investment and cash-management options directly within Mercury, as well as more credit card alternatives or products as a company grows. Finally, one of the most valuable additions for businesses like ours would be more tools and support to help companies build a stronger U.S. credit history over time. We really enjoy using Mercury and would be happy to consolidate even more of our financial activity with the platform if these options continue to expand.

I was a customer for almost a year and had a very disappointing experience. Without any meaningful explanation, Mercury closed my account and restricted access to my funds. As a non-U.S. resident, they insist on sending a paper check, even though I have repeatedly explained that I cannot receive or cash a U.S. check because I do not live in the United States. Instead of offering a reasonable alternative, such as a wire transfer, they continue to refuse to address the issue. Their email responses have been unhelpful, dismissive, and, in my experience, unnecessarily rude. They repeatedly avoid answering simple questions about how I can actually recover my own money. If you are an international founder or a non-U.S. resident, think carefully before opening an account with Mercury. If your account is ever closed, you may find yourself with no practical way to recover your funds. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Mercury. I strongly advise others to avoid it.

Mercury is most definitely by far the best bank I have ever experienced with. The software quality is great and their support is very helpful and I literally never had a single problem with them when using the account. I think they try to do everything in their power to make sure users have the best possible experience and it clearly shows. I know they recently launched a personal banking product and I'm eager to try it out because of the great business experience I had with them.

Great experience so far. Web and mobile app are top notch! I was apprehensive about using a "platform" vs an actual bank but so far the experience has been great and after doing some research and learning its received conditional approval for a bank charter and is actively working to becoming a bank, I decided to use them. So far the experience has been great.
