I've been in a different platform for trading before, but it was all scammed. This broker easy to access easy to understand and verification was fast in terms of verifying your documents/identity. I haven't tried withdrawal yet, but I think when the information is all correct and match to your identity, it will not be issue. Hoping for my 1st withdrawal in the future.

Withdrawal tooks so long. Unlike other broker also complicated in depositing using my bank. They said probelm is on my bank! But my bank said it's merchant prob.just saying

i found it a little frustrating that my license kept getting declined as wasn’t sure why and the email didn’t specify that my passport was required, i kept redoing my license thinking the pic quality wasn’t good or something. it was until i contacted the chat group and they told me a passport was req. other than that the process was smooth and very professional
