I bought my watch from Michael Jones over two decades ago. It was a leaving present. I’ve always returned to have the battery replaced and this time it needed a new strap buckle. I had to wait for the part as it came from Switzerland but when it came was replaced within minutes. I wouldn’t go to other jewellers within the town-they would not provide the same service..
Thank you for your wonderful review! We're honoured that you've trusted us to care for your watch for more than two decades. It's fantastic to hear that our aftercare service has continued to meet your expectations. Your loyalty and kind words mean a great deal to us. We look forward to looking after you and your watch for many more to come.
Polite, well informed and helpful. The jewellery I took in for repair was very delicate and they said it could be repaired but advised it may not last. They need not have told me this and could've 'took the money and run' but they didn't.

Looking after our customers and their jewellery with transparency is incredibly important to us, especially when dealing with delicate and treasured pieces.
