Works as advertised so far!
from order to use: GREAT!
i received the hood in a timely manner. Easy to set up and use. It takes just a little bit to get used to the overhang, but it really makes a difference in containing the exhaust under the microwave. Worth every penny.

Sort of works.
Does not capture smoke from front burners as depicted in ads. Have to fan stove top with a towel to fully push smoke under the hood. Does slightly interfere with access to stove top rear panel controls. Not sure it's worth the cost. Very easy to install.

Hi Richard, Microvisor has never claimed to capture 100% of the cooking byproducts, in fact we claim to improve your current situation by 70%, which 30,000 plus customers have felt it was worth the purchase of our product. Are your filters clean? do you have any hvac vent in the proximity of the stove area? What is the CFM of your exhaust on your OTR?
Doesn't quite work.
Install was very easy, however it doesn't really help direct steam through the blower, the steam just goes arround the side of it.

Matt, Check your filters/exit port and or hvac vent in kitchen ceiling. As these may affect your performance if your OTR exhaust is not pulling strong enough. Typically fan CFMs are 300-400. What is yours?
Very satisfied
Product was as described. Well made and easy to install. Customer service was well informed of their product. No problems at all; would definitely recommend.

One minor detail...
I received my order on a timely basis. It sat unopened for two weeks, decided to open it and realized I needed my trusty son-in-law to install it. He did a couple weeks later and it is now a functioning object.

Great item
(Standard Stainless Model) Really appreciate the look and craftsmanship of this product. Agreeably with other reviews the price is a tad steep but quality doesn't come cheap. Fast shipping, no damage, easy install. Overall highly recommend the hood, Satisfied Canadian resident.
