We appreciate you sharing your experience with the shoe's toe-box. We are sorry that they didn't work out for you or your friend. Your feedback is important to us as we continuously work to improve our product info!
Thanks for the 5 stars! Enjoy your new gear!
We are so glad to hear that you consistently have such a positive experience with us! It's wonderful to know that our selection, shipping, and service meet your expectations, and that our pickleball shoes keep you comfortable on the court.
We are absolutely thrilled to hear about your positive experience with the Defyer 98! Your detailed comparison to other popular rackets and truly appreciated. We value your feedback on how the Defyer 98 combines the best attributes of power, plush feel, spin, and control. It's fantastic to learn that with a bit of customization, it perfectly suits your playing style. Thanks for the 5 stars!
We're so glad to hear that the process was easy for you, from receiving the paddles quickly to the simple return. We appreciate your recommendation!
We are truly sorry to hear about your frustrating experience with our review request emails. We are actively reviewing our email policies to prevent such issues in the future and we will be sure your email is removed from our mailing lists. Your feedback is valuable in helping us improve!
We're thrilled to hear you had such a positive experience with our demo program and that the racquets arrived so quickly with excellent string tensions! We're excited for you to order the one you loved.
We truly appreciate you taking the time to share your positive experience. We are so pleased to hear that our improved selection and competitive pricing have met your needs, and we look forward to being your primary source once again. We value your business and are committed to providing excellent service.
