The racket I ordered became unavailable (after order was taken), but customer service 1) explained what happened, 2) gave me the option to replace with an upgraded racket, 3) matched the price of the original order and 4) expedited shipping. Great service and communication!

When we got tired of waiting for shoes…
When we got tired of waiting for shoes on backorder, I was able to contact customer service and ask about substituting a different color of the same shoe and they had it shipped to me immediately. My son loves his shoes and has gotten compliments on them already!

Got a pair of stiff uncomfortable shoes. Charge to return. I would have chosen another pair but that is a poor policy. Won’t deal with Midwest again!
