Better hope your order is right, otherwise you'll never get it resolved.

Unfortunately, I have had a similar poor experience with Mighty Jaxx. After an order was missing items, I was told they would be shipped within 2 weeks. That didn't happen and I was then told they had to order more from their factory. Still nothing, don't expect I'll ever see anything. Money down the drain...

I've been buying from mightyjaxx for years and I have quite a collection now. Shame that you sometimes have to wait over a year for an item but the quality of the finish product is fantastic.

100% convinced the good reviews are fake. Screw this company. I preordered something that was supposed to ship September 2020. It’s now almost a half year later and any time I ask what the deal is they literally can’t even give me a solid timeframe or any explanation whatsoever. Probably just going to talk to my bank and do a chargeback after seeing that they refuse to refund people that have waited 2 years. Wish I would’ve sought out reviews before ordering from this joke of a company.

Another horrible experience with Mighty…

Another horrible experience with Mighty Jaxx. Purchased one of whatshisname's humpek from them April of 2020, item came with paint poorly applied. I've requested for a replacement, and to date, they are unable to give me a definite date on when the replacement will be given. I stupidly purchased another item from them and I'm still waiting on that as well. Their customer service says nothing useful except to keep waiting, and that they will ship it out when it arrives in the office. I mean its paint on plastic and you work with factories in China- how difficult is it to make your customers happy?!

I've loved mighty jaxx when 1st laid eyes on the 1st bombs he made on fb. And has followed him ever since. I've met him at NYCC in 2014 I think?!?! I own over 8 works of Jeff's alone. AND when my home im planning to build next year is done. I cant wait to display his work. Still want an x-ray skull bomb.

I bouught Bigger Micro Anatomic Daruma…

I bought Bigger Micro Anatomic Daruma from Mighty Jaxx. They let me waited for 2 years instead of 6 months as promise. The product got scratches on head and legs. The legs are uneven. They use cheap plastic and the paint job is bad. It's overall a disappointing exerience.

The absolute WORST online shopping…

The absolute WORST online shopping experience I’ve ever came across. Earlyish October I saw the spongebob meme mystery boxes so I decided to get a few as stocking stuffers, went to purchase them and was hit with a mid $40 shipping fee making it $100. So I decided I’d just buy a tray for $150. It was said they’d be shipping out mid November so I thought it’d be fine, since I didn’t need them until Christmas. Well November came and went beginning December I sent an email asking when they were shipping, no reply for a week. Had to go to their Instagram to try and reach them, days later they finally replied on their Instagram saying they were having production issues. An email, a post, a reply, SOMETHING to update us and let us know what was going on with our items would have been nice. 2 weeks before Christmas I tried emailing them again asking if they’d be shipping and arriving before Christmas, I got the same reply saying it’s still having production issues. Here we are January 4th and they just arrived. The only one I wanted for my self was doodlebob and I just so happened to be the first one I opened. It hardly even fits in the stand, the paint is scuffed on his face and the painting was atrocious with black blobs all over the right side. For someone that’s been a fan and following their stuff for years and waiting for the perfect figure to get, I’ve never been so disappointed and will never shop or recommend them again.

This is my ninth purchase from Mighty Jaxx and it's always excited when they arrive. They are all so different pieces of art and even the boxes they arrive in are artworks, original and fun!!!

No item after going on 2 years!

I had a few good experiences, but now, I find myself without an order (or shipment) I pre-ordered in JUNE 2019!!! That’s not a typo! They keep saying there’s a ‘delay’ but what kind of delay takes almost 2 years? They refused to refund my money. I understand things can run over, but this is utter nonsense. I don’t understand how they’re able to steal money this way. I’m also waiting on a couple Popiki items, though none for nearly as long as the other. They have some shady business practices. You can’t tell me otherwise when they’re unwilling to refund a 2 year delay. It’s not about not wanting the item—it’s a lack of belief they can (or will) deliver. I have my receipts & emails saying they will not return my money. Think twice before ordering anything.

My order came super quickly which was nice because it was a last minute Christmas present for a friend. It was packaged well and I'm overall happy with the order. My only complaint is that shipping is really pricey but that can't really be helped.
