Extremely happy with my purchase. Everything went smoothly and I’m looking forward to adding it to the collection. I haven’t heard back about when it will be shipped yet, but I’m sure that will come within a matter of days. I’ll write a review when Garfield actually arrives, but I don’t expect to be disappointed. I have ordered quite a few things from Mighty Jaxx and have been pleased every time. Occasionally it will take a long time to get an item, but I think it’s usually because I ordered something that won’t be shipped out for a while. Nothing has ever been damaged or missing from an order and all of my questions have been answered in a timely and polite manner. I really enjoy Mighty Jaxx products.

Asked this company when id receive my preorder because its been 6+months they blocked me on fb and all groups associated with them it was very odd i did receive my item so the block made me find another company to spend my money with

Usage of Coupon There are no terms for the usage of coupon, after redeeming the couple, I found only one discount code can be used and I found the 10% off discount code can be used for more than one time. The usage of discounts are unclear.

Absolutely awful company to deal with. I have now had 2 problems with this company- first not receiving my shipment and now received figure with the head completely snapped off, which must have been done with some force. First refund took 8mths!! I’m not holding my breath on this one after only 1month of going round in circles and being told one minute they have more in stock and one email later being told they’re waiting shipment to arrive! My response was please read your previous email sent, to which they said sorry for the oversight!! All I can say is save yourself the hassle... AVOID at all cost

Over a week and still waiting in shipment. Order HAD shipped, but then was cancelled and now waiting again. Only communication from Mighty Jazz has been in response to when I have reached out to ask why the shipment was cancelled.
