We provide updates as we receive them from the factory on the product's FAQ page. Should there be any delays or if your item has completed production, an email will also be sent to you.

Don't buy pre order products from mightyjaxx as you may not get your product even though you paid for it.
The product I bought was delayed twice and it's been 6 months and I still haven't got a confirmation of when the product will be shipped.
Can't rely on customer service as they don't respond.

There's so little communication outside of Take Our Survey. Getting a shipping notice takes forever and the actual log in account site is just a huge advertisement ("I know you need to connect with us, but have you thought about buying this?" Customer service, timely shipping and communication needs work.

When will you handle it? Order date on Dec 1, the goods have not been shipped and processed until now, which is unacceptable.

Honestly y’all sent me the review before I received my item so this is based on the website. Everything runs well and is easy to navigate. I also like the implementation of preordering with an upfront 35%
I would say 5 stars but for some reason I had to add the product to my web browser long in. I couldn't see my cart in my app. It was annoying

It took me a bit just to figure out how to order. The app is really confusing. I'm not even sure if the order went all the way through as it didn't yet show up on my profile. My money was taken though so as long as I get the stuff I ordered all will be well.

Mighty JAXX kept me thoroughly updated throughout the process. They mentioned my product would come in 2-3 weeks but it only took 8 days.
