Confusing and deceptive
The website is difficult to navigate, the app is the same. They glitch all the time, point redemption is also difficult and confusing. Some statues are as advertised others show digital enhancements and once I got my statue the color was completely different from what you show on your web site.

Such a great site to get amazing collections from some of my favorite artists. They give artists the opportunity to get their work out to the people to see. Alot of up and coming artists as well as established artists work can be purchased here.
first time ordering on mighty jaxx
Alright first time ordering on mighty jaxx. I’ve seen lots of videos on designer toys and heard about mighty jaxx. My first order was keep me close by Matt Bailey. Only issue was when I added to my cart I couldn’t get into it as nothing was happening, so I downloaded the app and good thing that work out. As for my profile I try to change it as I’m not located in the U.S and it keeps refreshing back to the U.S address. Love how mighty jaxx give coins as well. Other than that got a new customer and see how my order comes in. Thanks

simply lovin' it. somehow I think Mighty jaxx products are always in good quality and worth of money. Yes, you can get similar figure elsewhere in the market with a lot "cheaper" price, but the touch and feel of actual figure is just no there, so far I am proud to be a supporter of Migthy Jaxx product.

Shipping, Returns, and Bad Santa
Unfortunately I am echoing much of the same sentiment of others on this website. Shipping is incredibly expensive, and shipping times are ludicrous. In addition, the website indicating that something is in stock apparently doesn't mean that it will ship any time soon. I ordered two pieces from the company, one arrived two weeks later, and the other nearly a month later (after Christmas, for which it was purchased). I attempted to cancel the second piece and was told I could not. I requested to return it, and was told I also could not. I was told that the terms and condition specify that I as the consumer have no option to cancel or return an item. Terrible business policies, but cool art none the less.
