Worst Experience. I have been booking from Mintfare from last 6 years. This time my parents got stuck and as anyone would be I was stressed and the operator girl advised me to Calm down or she will hang the call. Then I advised her that I would want to talk to a manager, she said there is no manager and even if you call again, I will still need to deal with her. Finally I was able to explain this situation to airline and they handled my case. Never book from these guys, just in case if things goes sideways then you might end up talking to someone like her. On a note, airport authorities told me that the agent should have give sufficient time between layovers for immigration. This thing should have been taken care by Mintfare as they are the expert not us as consumers. Update 15-03-2026 Got three calls from Mintfare, the person calling asked what happened to which I advised him, I told him to review the call and see what could have went more good. He said it was not a big deal. Like you are calling me for a complaint which you have not even reviewed the recording. Like how more unprofessional you guys can be. Do not call me and add me on a Do not call list. This is beyond stupid. Dont waste my time neither yours.
Hello Shivank, Greetings from Mintfares!!! With reference to your review, we are sorry for the inconvenience caused by the long queue at customs. However, we would have appreciated it if you had written the whole scenario instead of focusing only on aspects which favors your prospective. We understand your parents were stranded at the airport while travelling alone but you called and immediately started abusing us without even explaining what happened. The agent informed you to stop the abuse and at least let us know what happened so she can see what can be done regarding this matter. At last, she told you to stop the abuse, or she would have to release the call per company policy. Finally you understood the scenario and let the agent speak so she could help you. However, you repeatedly interrupted her while she was trying to assist. Finally, you listened, and she explained how to proceed. Since we didn't have your parents' number to contact them, she advised you to tell them to request an alternative flight from the airline. Alternatively, you can speak to the airport agent on your parents' behalf because we cannot provide an alternative flight during the journey; only the airline can do that. You informed the agent that it now makes sense and that you will check and get back to us if any other help is needed. We booked your flights and the minimum connection times were all valid and confirmed. The fact that it took time at customs does not mean your flights were booked incorrectly. At Mintfares, we strive to ensure our customers receive excellent service and trust. This trust is not earned by customers calling us directly and immediately starting to abuse agents, especially when the agent on the other end is a woman. Even after repeated abuse, our agent still provided you with the solution, which is how you got the alternative option from the airlines. We tried to contact you for more details about what happened, but we didn't receive a positive approach from your end; that is why we didn't try to reach back again. Kindest regards, Team Mintfares
Amar helped me a lot to find appropriate flight that match with my schedule. He was very polite, humble and quick responser. I have never have any complaints or concerns from any travel agents from Mint Fares during past 4 years. If you can provide normal rates and flexible rates before hand that would be awesome so that I can compare rates with the other providers and airlines. Amar sent me WhatsApp with itinerary but I overlooked and missed to check return flight total number of stops. That was totally my fault. At last moment I realize that but it was too late as I made payment. I hope you have requested bassinet for my child that would be approved by airlines without any problems. So at least I can be satisfied with that with more stops at least I have nice comfortable seats and bassinet.
