Second time buyer
The Mirrorlot website is easy to use. Pick a frame style and mirror size and you're done. The mirror was delivered to our building mail room very, very well packaged in a heavy wooden crate to protect the mirror during shipping. Couldn't be happier.

Good customer service after a delivery issue
Apparently our first mirror got lost during the delivery process, stuck in 'label created' status for a week before I contacted MirrorLot to find out when we'd receive it. They determined it was lost and expedited a replacement, shipping it the following day. We love it!
Lumber ordering made simple
I love that you were able to cut to size the lumber I wanted and then clear coat it, saving me valuable time. Plus I have 4 dogs so I can't easily clear coat anything. I really appreciated the easiness of ordering.
Great company, great product

Once we decided on the frame style, the mirror got made fairly quickly and was shipped in this amazing box that guaranteed the safety of the product. Customer service was very good, they were helpful and I felt good about our purchase.
