I'm 70 years old and have very limited facility with digital doings. When I hit some roadblocks, the help desk folks (Joanna from England and Lee from the US) patiently walked me through the technical inputs, doing some tweaks themselves. This is one in a series of picture books commemorating important family events and trips. I've used Mixam for five now. This bunch is awesome. Thanks, Jo and Lee.

Cover images distorted
The sizes of the cover images were correct in my uploads and then incorrect on the final product.

Hardcover products require additional artwork around the cover edges so it can wrap over the larger cover boards. If this extra bleed area was not included in the uploaded files, we may have needed to extend the artwork, which can sometimes affect how the image appears on the finished cover. However, if you feel the cover has not been produced correctly, please follow the instructions in the review invitation email and report this through your order with a few clear photos.
