been over 17 hours, keep getting the loop around. no delivery guy, then no stock and keep getting " it will be 2-3 hours" over and over

Unable to deliver order..do not buy!!!

the site was unable to deliver order at agreed upon time, kept asking for more time, sending a little of the order here and there...when they couldnt fulfill the order, they charged me for what they sent as if my time didnt mean a thing instead of giving me my refund... nice racket/scam service they are running...DO NOY BUY FROM...completely unprofessional.

They do not have product in stock

They do not have product in stock (and they do not make you aware of that prior to purchase). When you buy, they will go and “find” the product for you. Chat support will just ask you to wait for 1-2 hours over and over and over. Just horrendous, avoid at all costs. Edit: their reply is not truthful. I ordered on stormstrike alliance, second most populated SOM server, so take that as you will.

The website says 30min - 1 hr. I have never gotten anything that quickly. One order took over 2 days to get, and it was a simple one. Having said that, I always get what I ordered, even if it isn't as quickly as advertised.

time consuming- you don't answer my questions

The reason why I used your site, you use a 3 step system. seller, middle man and buyer. Seller an Buyer wants a smooth transaction ,But for the Buyer now with the 3 methods of proof each purchase is to time consuming for the Buyer. I can see doing this one time, yes it is a good safe way, but I have spoke to others an we all agree your site take way to much time . So we switch to other sites ,,Also I have asked questions in Emails that you people just did NOT answer, that is a BIG turn off when a buyer spends money. Worst service ever!

Very unhappy with the delivery times, 36 hours plus on almost every delivery. Website says 30 mins to an hour or if back ordered 24 hours max. Then when you complain they just brush you off and make you wait. I do not recommend this site whatsoever, there are better ones with great service.

Order was never delivered

Order was never delivered, never got my gold in WoW. Opened chat support who said "they will check with their vendor on if delivery was done", then they never responded again. Avoid like the plague. All this effort to scam me out of $6, wonderful. Order number : 2021120810293386

I've tried reaching the service, the email they provide, and the chat support DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY IT'S A SCAM! They will reply to this post with their email support number as they do all the others, but do NOTHING to actually give you your gold @reply: why bother, you haven’t looked into the last 3 posts/ emails

Scam website Don't buy their goods

2nd review on this website and still waiting for goods that arent delivered. Im requesting a full refund from you before there is legal action taken against you, and Amazon Games shuts you down. If you looked at my last review i provided order details. Fix your "24/7 Live chat" its a scam

Doesn’t try to remedy problems only pretends to for face value

I have tried reaching to their team numerous times, as their service was not secure and immediately resulted in my account being suspended. I then had to write a review on an adjacent site reviewing all gold buying sites that received many replies and likes (over 100) before your site then reached out to try and remedy a 50% refund of the purchased amount in gold once the account was no longer suspended. I have tried reaching out to your team again for that gold only to receive more run-around. especially considering it is delivery of far less gold than your site offers in sales in an expedient fashion. I wrote a review on your site, but it's very clear you don't post the honest reviews, which I think is also worth bringing forth to the aforementioned adjacent site. Please remedy the issue.
