Very slow delivery. Have been waiting for nearly 10 hrs. Contacted webchat twice, first time got time it would be 'ASAP'. Second time (6 hours later) was told my request of '1.5 hrs is ok'. Still waiting ...

So I left a mean review about Mmojugg recently. They not only delivered, but added in the extra that was missed from a prior order. Upgraded from 1 star to 4. Would be 5, but the delivery time wasn’t as initially promised, and I understand that servers are busy. Thank you Mmojugg for making up for the current and past order!
Going on 24 hours on one order now for New World. The contact keeps the same excuse. “One or two more hours, we will email you when done”. I’ve used them 3 times now. The first time was fast, the 2nd time took 10 hours, and this time getting close to 24 hours. For a site that says “fast 30-60 minutes!”, you aren’t getting that service at all.

I would probably use this service again. Delivery took an hour. Received all my items. All items were a relatively low roll
Please take out the delivery within 30 min to an hour. It is never that fast and often i get emails saying order is complete and then an hour later it shows up....

Just got cheated by them. I've never received any items. They used faked Screenshots showing an ingame - delivery to intimitade me. But screens have shown a different character on asian server. (i'm on europe server). The Support called me a liar several times and didnt help me to solve that. i'm really disappointed about this shop. Was worried about a scam website, this site is legit. Got everything I ordered. Customer service Charlie was great. Shawn was absolutely terrible, immediately said everything I ordered was out of stock even WHILE I was speaking with the delivery person who said he had the item…..yeah

Items that I got delivered were the lowest specs like nobody would buy and I was charged really expensive. I even asked before I bought if I could get higher specs for the price and what I heard was "I don't know". I regret that I went through mmojuggs. You guys get garbage items and hide the specs and sell them to customers who don't know. Does it make sense if customers would never know what items they will get until they actually see it? And they paid for it already? Also delivery takes forever like 2 days minimum. I know why. you guys need to find the cheapest garbage and give it to me. I will never use mmojuggs ever again.

They say “30mins to 1 hour”, I ordered 11K only received 9k after 8 hours, then in their chat when I asked about it, the contact told me I was pissing him off. Still haven’t seen the other 2k. DO NOT USE MMOJUGG or SSEGOLD.(Same company)

Great service Would be 5 stars but the advertisement says 25min to 1 hour delivery then after purchase the chat tech said it would be 2 to 3 hours. Delivery only took 40 min for my order but I recommend that the tech not tell people something different than the site says!
