What reviewers say
AI generated
Reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Customers frequently mention that the mobile application is extremely simple to navigate and consistently allows for fast, reliable recharges to phones worldwide. Consumers deeply appreciate how straightforward and dependable the overall process is when sending credit and internet data to support family and friends living abroad.
However, some reviewers were not happy with the unusually high transaction fees and unfavorable exchange rates applied during currency conversions. Some people also mentioned experiencing occasional frustrating payment problems where money was immediately debited but credits were noticeably delayed or completely failed to arrive on accounts.
Auto-generated from all reviews of this business. For reference only.
The prices are a bit high, à difference in conversion rate plus fees. Otherwise, it provides great service.
For some of the telecommunication company it can not directly activate internet data package such as Etisalat Afghanistan. Though credit sending works.
Very easy very straightforward to top up data and airtime. A little more explanation of what each bundle contains would help but that might be the mobile phone companies themselves!
Money taken but recharge never received - cannot access my account
On February 19, 2026, I recharged my Mozambique SIM card using MobileRecharge, but the recharge was never received.
However, $9.41 was deducted from my bank account.
This is very disappointing because I paid for the service and did not receive anything. I would like a full refund for this failed transaction.
Also, I am unable to log back into my account using my email address. The system shows
"Login failed," so I cannot check the transaction status or contact support through my account.
Please resolve this issue and refund my money as soon as possible. This experience has been frustrating and unreliable.

Thank you for your feedback.
We always welcome comments and suggestions from our customers and we constantly strive to improve the services we offer.
Please note that your order placed on 02/19/2026 was canceled because it did not pass the automatic online security checks which our system carries out on each order.
If there is a deduction on your credit or debit card, your card issuing bank will typically release the funds within 2 working days. It is common practice for banks to temporarily hold funds from your card during a transaction but be assured that we will not collect the funds, contact your bank in case of a delay.
In case you want to place a new order, please ensure the information you enter under the "Billing Information" section of the Checkout Page is complete and matches the information of the card or PayPal account you choose.

Don't trust this company at all...they take the money from your card and tell you it's declined, they then send u a message saying ure bank is holding ure funds...the are fraudualant and be careful with putting ure details on their website, I have found that days later they started to run my card again...luckily my bank already blocked the charges....
