Scam alert do not purchase from this company they are not fulfilling their promise to the people who make purchases and at this time a lawsuit is being filed have a nice day mod Zone who doesn't honor their customers and you said it best it's approaching the one year warranty and I brought it to you before the one year is up so what's the problem again you sound like a bunch of liars because when a controller goes down through Microsoft they have you send it in and they evaluate it and tell you if it needs to be replaced and I have contacted Microsoft about this situation because it is their product under a one-year warranty and they are waiting to hear back from me about this

Hello James, We're sorry to hear that you feel this way, but we would like to clarify the situation. Your controller is approaching one year old, and the issue you described falls outside of the warranty period. As outlined in our Warranty Policy and FAQ, our warranties do not guarantee a replacement, and the applicable warranty for thumbstick issues is 90 days. In our most recent email, we explained: "A replacement would not be possible at this time as the controller is coming up on a year old, however we would be more than happy to look into this issue for you and get it fixed... That being said we can have the controller in and take a look at what needs to be done, alternatively if we are able to get that video we can see what we can possibly recommend BEFORE sending the controller in, in case it may be an easy fix." We are not refusing to help. In fact, we have been attempting to work toward a solution by following our standard repair process. Requesting a short video or asking that the controller be sent in for evaluation is a normal part of diagnosing and repairing out-of-warranty products. We respectfully disagree with the characterization that this is a "scam." We have clearly communicated our warranty terms, responded to your emails, and continue to offer to inspect and repair your controller. We remain willing to assist if you choose to proceed with the repair process. Best regards, ModdedZone Support
