I originally mistyped my zip code and a customer service rep personally reached out to confirm before shipping. Any additional comms were answered within 24-48 hours. The bridesmaid dress came and is gorgeous. Just what I expected, true to size and pretty decent quality. I can’t speak for everyone else’s experience but mine was nothing short of great.
This company is a total sham! They say they offer a full refund within 14 days but the don’t respond till after that time and then try to get you to keep the dress and offer you $25! Chinese scammers and the dress was cheap and did not look like it did online. Do not buy from them!
Do NOT BUY I received a bridesmaid dress, and the chest padding was misshapen and the slit and underskirt didn’t line up. The overall quality of the product was poor. But the customer service is even worse. They state they get back to you in 24 hours. I’ve now sent 5 emails and messages but no reply. When. I wanted to purchase the item I had a quick response now I have an issue they don’t reply. I have a £80 dress that I cannot use or return as there is no return address. Extremely disappointed
